Anybody played The Thing? its not that bad, it was actually fun, but it gets too freakin hard, those damn stronger monsters are always killing me and my allys.

I love this game, I don't care how impossibly hard it got.. it was extremely original.

EDIT--They were actually talking about what if Nintendo bought them out not that they actually did or were about to. It has nothing much to do with the PS2 game except that if they did they'd be able to port some older games like NiGHTS to new systems.

I was reading a game forum that was talking about Nintendo buying the developer Sonic Team and I looked them up (I'm not very familiar with Sega's stuff since I never owned one of their systems) On the main page of their site http://www.sonicteam.com/ (It's in Japanese) there was something for a game called Sega Superstars for PS2 the page for that is here: http://segasuperstars.jp/ I'm not sure what kind of game it is maybe a collection that includes some of their hits featuring their best characters? The thing that really interested me was they showed NiGHTS which I never got to play, and if it's in a collection game it would be ported over in a way to a modern system. If anyone has any more information about this feel free to add.

Well.. Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater was the BEST game I've ever played (keyword being I've), and for a PS2 game that was pretty good graphics. Mobile Suit Gundam: Federation vs. Zeon was a very fun game also, and I mean very (again just so I don't offend anyone this is just my opinion). So I wouldn't say Sony completely sucks..

At first I was just gonna get X Box 360 but after I not only heard there was gonna be a MGS 4, but directly after the person told me he linked me to an 8 min trailer of the game and I knew it wasn't just just a rumor (meaning it was def gonna happen), I decided I'd get a PS3.
