These are probably not going to be in GFW... but im guessing they have something to do with it.

Maybe Godzilla's one-hit KO attack is he begins burning and explodes.

That's it exactly. Every year Toho reuses old suits and props for festivals, museum exhibits, publicity events, and the like. Considering that this is Godzilla's 50th Anniversary I'd bet there will be more of these events than usual, and any suit or prop in decent shape will be on display. Just because a suit is being displayed has zero bearing on whether or not that monster will appear in that year's film... otherwise MG and Mogera would have appeared in G2000 and Mothra and King Ghidorah would have been in MEGAGUIRUS. I wouldn't count Baragon out of FINAL WARS, but the suit proves nothing at this point.

It's one thing when you're promoting a substandard flick with two monsters in it, but when you're doing promotional events for a 10+ monster free-for-all with a big budget behind it I would think the logic behind the suits selected for events becomes just a tiny bit different.
