Inconsistant MGX....

Since the MGX series is about to draw to a close with the final story MGXIV, I thought I'd sorta do a recap of a few of the many drawings I've done of Kiryuu--the love of my life.

And yes, there is a poster planned for the new and final story of the MGX Series. You guys have been with me through all these stories about a mecha with a sentient AI system, who at one time was the first Godzilla. I've brought you new characters, new take on famous Toho monsters, and more or less took you on a wild ride to where you could never see what was about to happen next. It's gonna be hard to say goodbye to Kiryuu, but, all things must come to an end.

So, here's what was invisioned over three years of Kiryuu's saga.

I called this thread inconsistant because if you group all the Kiryuu drawings I've done you'd notice that he's changed color, his eyes take on different shapes, his dreads get longer, and also change color. The syntech changes and starts looking different. So, I had to just do this.

This was the first ever drawing of Kiryuu. So many years ago. Back then, I didn't even think on creating the biosyntech, or even giving him dreadlocks.

The first look at Kiryuu without the helm and with an exposed arm to see the syntech. Blue and silver, that's what the syntech's color was supposed to be, but the dred cord color on Kiryuu's head was all wrong. In the original story MGXAI, Kiryuu's 'hair' was green! o_O So, why did I color it grey? Dunno.

The picture of father and son. And this was when Kiryuu's 'hair' started to get longer. And I still colored it grey. And I believe this would be the last time anyone saw rounded pupils in Kiryuu's eyes too.

I wanted to show the close up of this picture. This picture was when I started to do the slit pupils on Kiryuu. How inconsistant can I get?

This is the favorite to many people. My publicity joke of Kiryuu vs. Gigan. And it's Kiryuu of a different color--purple. I turned him purple. I don't know why, I just did. He's not supposed to be purple, he's supposed to be grey, blue, with green hair.

Okay, let's try this again, right hair color, face color, but wrong blade color. And that's Alan in his clutches. The first picture depicting Kiryuu's darker side, or rather his true side. Okay, I admit it, Kiryuu's frelling evil.

One more time with fenesto. All of this is to show you this...thing....ie.

Now, this is what Kiryuu truly looks like. Silver and blue and green haired. And uh, guess what he's breathing now. I'm not gonna say it. But I'm sure you all know what that is. This is a piece of the poster that will be shown, sooner or later when I have more time.

Well, you are just a very inconsistant. But, it doesn't take away from your badass art. Besides, can't you just recolor them again.

I know how you feel, how many verisons of Monsturra have I gone through now?

Nah, I'm not gonna recolor them. I like the different looks. Goes with the theme that the Witchblade took on, changing all sorts of colors depending on what artist drew it.

Would it anger people if I created a bio-syntech version of him? Nah, that's just pushing it. The bio-syntech thing only fits Kiryuu.

But I could make the attempt of mondernizing a bit on JJ.

Hmm...*Enlists the help of Serpoith(SP) from Final Fantasy Seven, and what ever the hell CII likes to eat. Also throws in Cloud to give her a message and just for the hell of it materilzes Kiryuu to do...other things.* Happy?

I'll make it brief...

The Utah Foundation of Bio-Organic Research, a subcontractor of Lockheed Martin and a medical-industrial company famous for its breakthroughs in genetic manipulation and cybertechnology for a prosthetic substance called Biosyntech is contracted out to create a robot capable of destroying Japan's greatest threat--Godzilla. Using cells from the original Godzilla that died in 1954, the Foundation create Mechagodzilla. In order to control the enormous bio-mecha, the Foundation enlists the best from Intel to create an artificial intellegence. But something has gone wrong, the AI has become sentient and wants not only freedom, but revenge...

Conflicting thoughts as to who is the real threat, whether it is Godzilla or is it the humans who created him, Kiryuu sets out to destroy humanity in order to destroy the true threat to the planet. His bio-syntech and inside his body containing the remains of the original Godzilla, he looks for revenge on the humans who killed him and then brought him back to life to go against the only blood relative he had. And so with what he considers a Biblical Rule, he stated: "I had read in one of your sacred testimonies that there is a law… ‘An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth’. So, how logical is that you would make a law like that and then turn around and say that I am in the wrong here? I am only doing what I believe is right and justified."

Oh...I thought it was going to be a new story. (I've read all of them. Surprised you got away with some scenes with Bio...) Which was why I was wondering, since he just inherited the entire company and all.

No, the new story has him against King Ghidorah.

Its her own made-up version I believe, judging by some old pics she showed waaaay back when.

Of course I'm gonna make up my own. Do you think normal King Ghidorah would stand a chance against my Kiryuu?

Basically from the way I think the only two things that can successfully take Kiryuu right now are Biollante and an EMP.

But my version of King Ghidorah could easily make himself the third.

You never read Studio A's and my little combined pieces? We've made two of them and that just about told what kind of power King Ghidorah posesses.

And no, Q, the version of KG I showed here previously is NOT gonna be what will appear in MGXIV. Because that version is a German talk show host who wants to be Mr. Goody-Two-Shoes, the KG that will appear in MGXIV could probably kick that other version's *** up and down the galaxy.

Nope. Poor Kiryuu. I feel sorry that I have to torment him again. Biollante and King Ghidorah. Kiryuu's not gonna make it out of this one with his sanity intact.

Thank you. I love showing off old renderings of characters up against the newer versions of the same character. Shows how much it's grown since then.

I do that with my writing. Only I cringe at the old writing when I look at the new. *glares at old version of Rescuing Godzilla: TSP* I still think I'll find a place for that coffee cup scene just for you ;p
