I believe as long as the person who made it doesn't financially profit from it. Look at all the Star Wars fan movies, They don't profit from them. They make'em cause they love the movies and they give special credit to George ##### for the inspiration. Also, look at the Batman: Dead End 8 minute movie, that guy didn't financially profit from it and it's the best Batman movie I've ever seen. Final example, is that Unofficial Gamera 4 movie made by that fan. And there are many other examples, the main thing is yhat you can't make money from the work.

Kaijuphile Productions will be home to any of our future sales endeavors. &nbsp;Nothing is set in concrete right now as we are still in the planning stages as to what we want to tackle first.

Bear in mind, these will be goods that we have designed and made, or had produced that we will sell.

Some of the things we are checking into are: &nbsp;an original kaiju RPG, table-top kaiju wargame, a kaiju based boardgame, tee-shirts, mousepads, baseball caps, etc...

Don't expect anything to surface too soon though, I would expect that section of our site to be open by year's end, but I'm not making any promises.

We'll release more details to the Forum when the time comes, but for now.... patience.

Unfortunately, nothing relating to any existing and licensed kaiju may be sold for profit by anyone unless they have purchased the rights. &nbsp;Therefor, your &quot;Godzilla X&quot; comic is very much out of the question.

As for my suggestion, I think KP should produce its own kaiju music videos for download off of the site, much like GFiction does.

Now that it is the awaited year 2005, is htere a certain time that we can be expecting any information about Kaijuphile Productions? Not necisarily when it will be up, but just some information, like what would be in it, etc.

The main problem with getting KP Productions up and going is lack of time. I really haven't had time to sit down and crunch numbers on things to see if they're feasible or not.

Most likely the KP Production banner will be taken down soon and replaced with another one of our upcoming projects. When it does return, I'd expect the first item(s) to be different KP tee-shirts.

Is it alright if we sugest products that could be sold in Produtions?

I would love to see personalized t-shirts, with our name on it somewhere, with perhaps something significant about us here on the forum (lie for me, Crimson Battlefield Moderator). It would be great to have avatar's on there, but with copyright laws I know that is impossible. But our names would be great, even if they did cost more than the rest. I would still most likely buy one if it was possible to have my screen name on it.
