It's time to see who your most hated video game characters are. I'll start (regards to Cole Deschain):

Bao (King of Fighters) must be crushed into dust.
Kensou (King of Fighters) must choke on a dumpling and die.
Dan Hibiki (Street Fighter) must die.
Rasputin (World Heroes) must die.
Hinako (King of Fighters) must die.
Pikachu must be ripped apart so bloodily even Clint would puke.
Jigglypuff must be deflated and die.
Ash Crimson (King of Fighters) must die.
Ash Ketchum (Pokemon) must die.
Talim (Soul Calibur) must die.
Balrog (Street Fighter) must be punched hard enough to be killed.
Benimaru (King of Fighters) must stop being fruity or die.

As you can see, my list is mostly fighting game characters. Well, what were you expecting from me?

Frodo: Constantly blurting out random worthless comments like &quot;My errand awaits&quot;, &quot;The Ring is my burden&quot; and &quot;Elbereth!!11!&quot; just makes me laugh. He´s supposedd to be heroic not a cover boy for Playbill!
Sauron: Damn you to look so cool in the concept art and then not appearing in the game!!

Those mountain climber twins in SSBM. Can't remember their names, but they REALLY got on my nerves. Also those trainers from the Pokemon games have to go. The stupid phrases they say make me cringe. I like the games themselves because they are cool RPGs, but I am not a Pokemon fan.
Star Fox. Although I really don't hate him, he was a TOTAL waste of character! There was soo much potential for him! But they only made ONE real game title after him and that was on the SNES. The N64 version is just a remake. And his appearances in the SSB franchise are sweet, but not his game titles. Nintendo screwed this character over so badly, that they shouldn't have made him in the first place!

Anyone whos played Return To Castle Wolfstein(ace game) should know about this guy:Henrich I.I mean,he looks cool,but he really is just pants and really easy to beat.First,completed the game on easy,thought yeh ok did on easy makes sense.Then went up a difficulty level,and still beat him on the first go(hes the last boss if youre wondering).The German Paratroopers before him are harder to beat than him(with there FG42's and all,which are ace).

Hopefully on the last difficulty level he'll be a worthy opponent.

Yeah I have a few...

-Big the Cat: Gods... I hated this f***ing piece of useless purple s***!!! How could SEGA go from having fast-paced action chapter, then have the whole damn plot SKID to a f***ing halt just cause you have to fish... and fish... and you could almost never get that stinkin' frog. It was a waste of time and a major downfall for Sonic Adventure. Plus the guy sounds stupid when he speaks. Deserves death above all else, for torturing people with his pointless fishing.

-Sephiroth: I don't really hate him as much as I think he's way overrated. He never really amounted to anything once he got ahold of his god-like powers near the end. Kefka at least torched the world, and ExDeath literally combines two planets!!!! What does Sephiroth amount to in FF7 when he finally obtains a great deal of the powers he's been searching for? Just sitting in that crater on the mountain... waiting for your characters to come defeat him. Unless you count summoning a giant meteor to hit into the world. But there's no rush... it'll kindly wait for you. He literally did much more before becoming this almost god-like creature. After that he just... sat there... waiting.

But people adore and love this guy. I realize he was probably their (many of them at least) first Final Fantasy villain (one of the reasons why FF7 is so loved by so many, it was their first rpg or first final fantasy). Don't get me wrong... he has attitude, personality, memorable scenes within the game, wicked music that accompanies him, and his Kingdom Hearts cameo kicked ***. But the guy's gotten way too overrated.

-Toukichiro Kino####a: This is that odd little man from the Onimusha series. That general guy who looks, talks, and walks like the damn annoying Toadie that he really is. I literally can't stand this little turd and hope that in Onimusha 3, you get to at least kick his *** for a while. He deserves one... oh yes he does.

-Brad Vickers (Resident Evil series): Chicken Heart got what he deserved. I don't care what anyone says... Brad was a total wuss and pansy... so much of a wuss that he actually left his team to die in the first Resident Evil game. So yeah... Brad totally got what he deserved.

-The little girl's ghost (Echo Night): Talk about a pain in the ***. This little girl's ghost appears countless times throughout the beginning of the game, and literally throws you around like a rag doll till you finally manage to turn on the frickin' lights (ghosts hate light in this game). Just a pain in the ***... you literally cheer when she's finally done away with.

And that American Carmelita Fox clone with the big lips from Sly 2: Band Of Thieves... who also happens to be named Carmelita. This is the one that I hate the most.

^ huh, I always thought of Master Cheif as a bad ***, but then again I grew up with the "all action-things go boom, no plot" action films of the late 80s, early 90s.

Anyways here's my list:

Cloud, Squall, Tidus.. hell just about almost every male lead from FFVII onward. Maybe it's just me, but I'm getting pretty tired of the same ciche' "metros with big swords and spikey hair"... :dozing:

Many of the Mario characters. Is there a need for a "Baby Mario", "Baby Luigi," "Waluigi," "Baby Bowser," "Dr. Mario?". I mean enough is enough, sheesh!

The pokemon from Ruby and Saffire. 251 was more than enough, so why shove 100 more crappy ones down my throat?

Quentin Beck from Spider-man: the movie 2 video game. Why did they make an already pretty cool character and turn him into a wuss? And the design for Mysterio...ugh....

well, Mario himself isn't the absolute worst videro game creation ever, but his extreme popularity is. and modern Mario is. original, classic arcade Mario is okay, but once we got to some of the early to mid NES games, he just got annoying. that's when he needs to either chang e his act back to the basics, or die. Peach and that other girl need to be goners, Wario, Waliwigi, and just about all human Mario characters need to go. Yoshi and his enemies, Donkey Kong and his enemies, and Bowser can all stay, but the humans are just annoying.

Tails is okay sometimes, (as in, when he doesnt't speak in the girly voice) but i could use some less of him. the rest are all fine, with the exception of Sonic Advance 2 Cream (she was good in Sonic Battle and everything since, but she was just a stupid waste of space, especially when she replaced Amy's character, in S Advance 2.)

if inanimate objects count, i'm endorse killing the entire pogo stick level of Pitfall, the Lost Expidition. i mean c'mon, is that level really neccessary? its just impossible to get past. the rest of the game is awesome, but that level is impossible!

the Pokemon, should have died from the start. specific ones would be Pikachu and Snorlax from SSBM. stupid Snorlax and him crushing everything on the screen with his big fat butt.

Seems that not many like the humans in the Mario series. But I for one happen to like having Luigi, Peach and Wario hanging around, but just them. Now Wario has blazed his own path. Wario actually started a buisness and got a cooler costume (See the Wario Ware games.) Now Waluigi and Daisy were made to give Luigi what Mario had, a rival and a girlfriend. That was just stupid.

Daisy was actually created for Super Mario Land for GB (as maybe a second girlfriend of sorts). She was then put into Mario Tennis to give Luigi his own "version" of Peach.

I hate Shadow Queen from Paper Mario: Thousand Year Door Nintendo gave her sooo much health.

Jigglypuff needs to have a blunt object shoved down her throat while singing. Then she needs to be put to sleep, and I don't mean tucking her into bed. Awful character design, awful personality, awful attacks, and the fact it's a damn puffball.


Pichu. It's pathetic how whenever it uses an electrical attack, it takes damage. Add in the fact that whenever it gets hurt in SSBM it has a happy expression on its face. The ****ing S&M lover should be overloaded with electricity and explode into a million meat chunks.


The Vulture, from Spiderman 2. In every level that the Vulture appeared I wanted to web him up in mid-air and let him fall to his death. First there were those bombs you needed to play Simon Says with, then you had to chase the *******, then finally you fight him. It was incredibly relieving to kick the crap out of him.


Angel, from Twisted Metal: Head-On. "I want a car that's pimp!" *****. At least she dies in her ending.


And those are the only game characters I can think of that I really hate. For now...

Someone likes the Warioware costume??? I like the series, and thought it was a very creative move, but that costume! Yuck! I'd take "Safari Hat" Wario over that.
Anyway: Waluigi sucks. As proof of this, he's been around five years and has yet to appear in a mainstream title. Bowser Jr. is almost insulting. "We have these great, psychotic kids of Bowser that appeared in two of the best Mario games ever (Bros. 3, and World), let's make all the fans of them happy by cramming them into mini-boss, non-speaking roles in Mario and Luigi: SS, then let's create a new child, who's basically a clone of Baby Bowser!". Wow, ingenious. There are maybe two Mario fans in the world who prefer Bowser Jr. over the Koopalings, yet Nintendo insists on using him over them.

Shadow. In SA2 he was cool, if a bit stereotyped. Afterwards, he totally wore out his welcome, is a horribly cliched angst-ridden anti-hero, and the new Shadow the Hedgehog game is such an obvious marketing gimmick. "Guns! Mean hedgehogs! Cool! What older audience wouldn't buy this?" Pathetic. The Sonic Adventures managed to rise the maturity level in a creative way (especially the second one), but this is just dumb.

Bass (from Mega Man). I guess I have something against "cliched anti-heroes". I just despise Bass. He reeks in the arcade games, he's now one of three characters in the series who have near-identical moves, and they keep acting like he's THE powerhouse of the original series, yet he has consistently lost to Mega Man (in Mega Man 8, he even fused with Treble and used Alien Energy to increase his power, and still he lost against Mega Man alone).
