KONG: THE DAMNED

This is a sort of "alternate universe" King Kong. Kong rules over a wasteland known as Skull Island. This island is quite diferent from the skull island we know... Kong's island is virtually an active volcano system, which struggles to support the harsh life that survives upon it. This island and all of its entirety spawned the legend of Hades.


This Kong absorbes atmospheric heat through his skin, channeling it into massive balls of concentrated heat energy in whichever hand he chooses. He stands roughly 55 feet tall, which is the only thing that keeps him from being one hell(no pun intended) of an opponent for Godzilla.

Now, I think he should be known as something besides just Kong, so name suggestions or comments would be lovely. So far I have these names floating around:

Dameon Kong
Dameon
Devil Kong
Hadeus Kong
Hades

Simply Hadeus would be grood. Having kong in the title might be to much of a tip-off.

I'd be interested in seeing more of the life that may exist on your version of Skull Island. I'm especially curious to see how this could have spawned the myths about Hades (are you talking about the Greek myth specifically, or just Hades/Hell in general?).

Well, I drew a space godzillalike version of Kong, called Thorg, well watching an espiode of rugrats that had the name thorg, and I thought heck that is an excellent for a monster. So here another name that I came up with Gnok or Knog but thats a thought.

Its not a ripoff. Its an alternate version from another timeline of sorts. Something the Godzilla series does all the time. It is Kong in a way, but its not.

Thankyou to you all for your commetns and suggestions! If I can get anything else going, I would gladly expand on this alternate style of Skull Island.

Angilas, I really feel like an @$$ saying this, but I ain't to crazy about your drawing thier. The horns and goat feet don't cut it for me. Im'm sorry, but I was expecting something....I don't know more evil I guess.
