Is this three monsters against Ghidorah again? If so, he's not gonna last two seconds in this fight. Both Super Godzilla and Armor Mothra could annihilate Mecha Ghidorah just by sneezing.

If this is every monster for themselves, Armor Mothra takes this easily. It's very well known that no Toho or Daiei kaiju (except maybe Majin) can resist her "transcend fate" move.

Navel Blast? Doesen't sound... nice. SuperG, FireR, and ArmorM seem to be strong enough to destroy MechaGhi, SuperG and FireR can fire at ArmorM, and that should reflect it in one powerful beam right at MechaGhi, and since they were just original beams, it wouldn't be that exhausting.

SuperGoji, Fire Rodan, and Armor Mothra take this. Either Mothra or Godzilla could take him out alone, if this is GKG with just mechanical parts, Goji may sustain some damage, and Rodan might die too. It would be interesting to see this monster's fight each other instead of on teams.
