Orga777's New Tournament: Operation Revive Sweet 16!

Here we go folks! This is the elite of the elite now! The top 16 monsters of this tournament have been chosen! All the special rules from the previous round are still around.

1. Legion vs. Mecha-King Ghidorah
Special Rule: HtH Rumble- Both kaiju can only fight using hth combat.

2. Guiron vs. GFW Anguirus
-Guiron is 110m
Special Rule: 777 Jackpot! (GFW Anguirus)- Anguirus gains a sonic roar that can stun opponents.

3. Showa Hedorah vs. GFW Gigan
Special Rules: Beam Wars!- Kaiju can only use beam attacks. NO close combat.

4. Godzilla 2000 vs. Heisei Godzilla
-G2K and Heisei G are both 120m
Special Rule: HtH Rumble- Both kaiju can only fight using hth combat.

5. Showa Rodan vs. Gabara
Special Rule- Rage! (Gabara)- gabara's lighting touch is doubled in power.

6. Showa King Seesar vs. GFW Kamacurus
Special Rule: Upgrade- No effect on this fight.

7. Orga vs. Megaguirus
Special Rule: Battle Weary (Orga)- Orga's regeneration is slowed down.

8. Destroyah vs. Heisei King Ghidorah
Special Rule: Rage! (Destroyah) Destroyah's Oxygen Destroyer Spray is more effective.

I say Legion because I don't think Ghidorah is that good at melee

Anguirus because he'd be really hard to cut through, and he's a bit hard to catch. Karyu couldn't hit him with the maser.

Gigan because he's super cool! But seriously, I don't think Hedorah's beam is tough enough to take out Gigan, and Gigan's exploding shotgun laser looks like it could cause some serious damage.

Gotta abstain on Godzilla melee. That could go either way.

Gabara lost to Minya?! Gotta go with Rodan on this. Hard to catch, hard to kill once caught.

I think Seesar can handle a big bug.

Megaguirus beats Orga due to reduced regeneration.

Are you kidding? Heisei King Ghidorah got destroyed by Godzilla, who only got the upper hand on Destroyer once his power got majorly increased by going through meltdown. Destroyer wins.

Over all, an interesting tourney.

I definitly have to abstain. I can't see how eitehr can fight each other.

Ang definitly has this. The sonic roar will be helpful against Guiron.

3. Showa Hedorah vs. GFW Gigan
Special Rules: Beam Wars!- Kaiju can only use beam attacks. NO close combat.

I also see Giagn winning after a long time.

4. Godzilla 2000 vs. Heisei Godzilla
-G2K and Heisei G are both 120m
Special Rule: HtH Rumble- Both kaiju can only fight using hth combat.

5. Showa Rodan vs. Gabara
Special Rule- Rage! (Gabara)- gabara's lighting touch is doubled in power.

Even with the stronger power Gabara will still have problems with Rodan who has teh flight advantage.

6. Showa King Seesar vs. GFW Kamacurus
Special Rule: Upgrade- No effect on this fight.

Seesar has to 1. Find the bug and 2. catch the bug.

7. Orga vs. Megaguirus
Special Rule: Battle Weary (Orga)- Orga's regeneration is slowed down.

Even with the slow regen, once Megs jabs Orga from the front Orga will rip Megs out and crush her in his hands.

8. Destroyah vs. Heisei King Ghidorah
Special Rule: Rage! (Destroyah) Destroyah's Oxygen Destroyer Spray is more effective.

Good point, but Kamacuras (whom I also like) hasn't shown any great strength that I've ever seen. I see Seesar as not taking much damage, but being able to inflict some once the mantis comes at him.

Reason: I'll abstain with this one. I don't think either both kaiju has good hth combat skills.

2. Guiron vs. GFW Anguirus

Reason: With this weapon, Anguirus takes this round. One direct hit and many blows of his Thunderball will cause alot of damage to Gurion.

3. Showa Hedorah vs. GFW Gigan
Special Rules: Beam Wars!- Kaiju can only use beam attacks. NO close combat.
Reason: Even with the beam, Hedorah (Showa) won't have any luck trying to take down something that withstood Godzilla (GFW)'s beam. Gigan (GFW) takes this one.

4. Godzilla 2000 vs. Heisei Godzilla
-G2K and Heisei G are both 120m
Special Rule: HtH Rumble- Both kaiju can only fight using hth combat.
Reason: I'll abstain with this one. Like Zardac the Great said, it could go either way.

5. Showa Rodan vs. Gabara
Special Rule- Rage! (Gabara)- gabara's lighting touch is doubled in power.
Reason: If Minilla (Showa) defeated Gabara, then Rodan (Showa) will have no problem, dispite the lightning boost.

6. Showa King Seesar vs. GFW Kamacurus
Special Rule: Upgrade- No effect on this fight.
Reason: Kamacurus has great speed and a stealthing ability. King Seesar will be having alot of trouble of finding and catching this mutated Praying mantis.

7. Orga vs. Megaguirus
Special Rule: Battle Weary (Orga)- Orga's regeneration is slowed down.
Reason: I agree with Orga777. If Megaguirus goes in close range combat, she will be beaten to a pulp by Orga's massive hands. If not, then she will be fried by Orga's shoulder cannon.

8. Destroyah vs. Heisei King Ghidorah
Special Rule: Rage! (Destroyah) Destroyah's Oxygen Destroyer Spray is more effective.
Reason: If Godzilla (Meltdown) had a hard time during his first half of his battle against Destroyah, I doubt King Ghidorah (Heisei) will last long. Destroyah takes this bout easily.
