I got this game about a week ago and I think it's great. This without a doubt joins the list of quintessential games for DS. It's got online play, but it also has a somewhat interesting single player mode, too, and while not exactly the length of a GCN Metroid Prime game, it certainly plays like one. Also, unlike the demo that was released with the first DS's, you don't have to use the stylus to look around or turn, but it is easier than using the buttons. There's also like five or six special weapons, which are really fun to unload on people in multiplayer.
Anyone else got it?

I'm waiting to jump on it, but with Advanced Placement tests coming up a couple weeks after Spring Break, I've decided I'll get it and the New Super Mario Bros. in the middle of May.

My friend had it and I played it for a bit. Seems pretty good, but the control is pretty horrendous if you ask me. Way too hard to aim. I don't know maybe it is something that needs some getting used to.

Yeah, the problem was that unlike Prime 1 and Prime Echoes, Hunters didn't have a lock-on feature, which helped to make the controls for the GC titles very fluent and easy. If it wasn't for the stylus control (which surprisingly became great after work was done on the first Demo) the controls would be next to impossible to manage.
It doesn't match up to the others, but Hunters is definately an awesome game, with a solid story mode yet again and a really exciting multiplayer. The game also made me realize just how amazing Prime 3 could be when it comes out, in terms of story, and online multiplay.
