Remember, Mechagodzilla 93' was going to be three separate parts to begin with, but they ditched that idea, that's the final form of them combined.

Believe me, its concept art for MG2 1993 not for Kiryu. I have enough books with the concept art for MG2 1993 in them to know. That site is way wrong in their info.
