Even if we give Saint the defense of not being able to be changed by Molecule Man into a rock, MM could just put a barrier around Saint. Wiki mentioned how he dug out from under a mountain, but a perfectly smooth, regenerating wall/cage would trap him. And thus, a victory.

Or, he could make a person with an Ultimate Nullifier and that person shoots Saint.

Thus, victory.
