Biollante and Kiryu

Kiryu stood looking over the bowl of the earth. The planet below was so beautiful from the stars he understood why others would try to covet it for themselves. They will try. He mused. And I will end them.

“Such cold words.” Spoke a voice behind him. Kiryu did not even turn around.

“What ever you want fairy I have no time for you mistress’ demands of my deactivation today.” He stated with air of annoyance. Moll ignored the statement and continued.

“You have lost touch since she died Godz…”

“MY NAME IS KIRYU!” He roared at the tiny fairy. “Godzilla died protecting this earth, and what did they do for him? Turn him into a abomination of nature your humans did that to him. They made him me.” He hissed.

“I know and it was wrong, they should have let you rest with the souls of all the others, but the humans are…” She paused searching for the right words.

“Stupid? Ignorant? Arrogant? Self-destructive? So many terms describe them which one do you like best? He stated clinching his fist white energy coursed along it.

“Young.” Moll answered. “They are like children, and like children they need guidance.” She looked surprised as Kiryu laughed.

“A firm hand is what they needed. My father kept Japan in line for years before…” His voice trailed off as the emotions of the old Godzilla’s death overtook him for a moment, but as quickly as they came he pressed them down again. He turned to the small woman. “Tell me Moll why are you here?” He asked. Moll steeled herself and spoke.

“Mothra is leaving earth for a time.” She began.

“Indeed?” Kiryu mused. “Maybe I can end this war while she’s away. Without your constant interfering I can end Onslaught’s rein of terror.”

“We however will be remaining and a new guardian will be steward while she is away.” Moll stated through clinched teeth. Kiryu’s eyes lighted up.

“Really? Who will she leave in charge eh? Battra is more likely to side with me, and Baragon, the dumb beast can’t control his appetite. Who then besides myself can possibly fill her role?” Kiryu patronized.

“I will.” Came another voice. Kiryu turned to see a young woman wearing a green dress. She was Japanese, but her eyes glowed a brilliant green. Her shadow revealed a crocodilian head with many snake like vines. Kiryu’s eyes widened. He turned to Moll.

“What is that thing doing here?” He demanded of the fairy. “It isn’t enough that you want me dead now you bring this horrible thing into my home!” Moll tried to calm down the Mechanical monster, but the woman had had enough.

“Hey this thing has a name you metal ***.” She growled. Kiryu turned and glared at her

“You don’t speak cretin!” He roared.

“Godz…Kiryu, Erika is here to help.” Moll placated.

“That is Mothra’s answer she’s leaving that thing in charge!” He growled at Moll who backed away. “Erika? That thing is no longer human, it’s a monstrosity created by a arrogant human who wanted to play god!”

“Leave my father out of this!” Erika yelled. Kiryu whirled to face her eyes burning.

“You father raped my father’s cells because he couldn’t stand that he let you die.” He whispered. Erika could hold back no longer. In a instant Erika was gone and standing above Kiryu was the demonic visage of Biollante.

“I am closer to your father than you are. At least we share blood you *******.” She hissed back. Kiryu opened his fist as a ball of white energy appeared above his palm. Biollante opened her sword lined maw ready to devour the mech.

“Enough!” Roared a gold light that shot between the two monsters. The light faded and there stood a great dragon. The beast seemed to be made of stars that shifted and moved with his every breath. On closer inspection each star was a ball of light that flashed images from a living thing’s life. This was Tragoul the time dragon, lord of the life stream that creates all things. At its arrival all three individuals in the room took a step back and bowed to the mystic beast. Tragoul shifted and the room melted away to the blackness of mental space. Tragoul did not like to stay in the caporal world for more than a few moments it was not his dimension the dream world was. If there was one being Kiryu feared it was Tragoul. Tragoul had the power to give and take mana from beings and worlds as he saw fit. The dragon glared at Kiryu and Erika, who had been turned into her human form. Kiryu looked down to sea flesh on his bones; he stood as Godzilla in this world because Tragoul deemed it so.

“You both disappoint me.” He hissed. Kiryu visibly shook fearing he would be ended for his actions. “I saved both of you from death’s sweet embrace to be protectors of earth, and the life stream that flows through it and other worlds.”

“I…I am sorry master.” Kiryu spoke. “If you deem it so take my life, but I will not work with that creature.” He hissed. Tragoul shifted and the orb of Miki Saegusa came forward and showed her life to both of them.

“She did me well, but you two tarnish her memory in this feud. I will not undo the past and so you will have to understand each other and work together.” He stated. “In this you have no choice.” Suddenly they were back in Kiryu’s space station. Tragoul was gone. Kiryu sighed.

“It seems we have no choice in this.” He growled. “I will not dispute your role, but do not mistake that for acceptance.” He stated and turned back to the window looking at earth. Erika understood this and transformed into a cloud of gold dust swirling away towards earth. Moll remained. She flew closer to Kiryu.

“We all miss Miki, but do not let that blind you from your stewardship.” She stated.

“I have no connection to the humans. After she died I could not feel them anymore.” He sighed. “I will think on what you and the master have said; now please Moll leave me alone.” He begged. Moll nodded and left. Kiryu stared at earth, but all he saw as Miki’s dying form cradled in his arms. “I swear he will pay for what he did to you.” He growled clinching his fist. “Onslaught will beg for death before I am through with him.”
