For those who are interested, there is a website that allows you to create your own ringtones and wallpapers for your cell phone for free.

I've been using it for awhile, and haven't had any spam from them at all.

The site allows you to take MP3 files or pictures and upload them. You can edit the song and then they send it to your phone as a message where you can save it.

On a similar note, you can send any MIDI file sound clips to your phone from thomasscott.net . I just browsed the best of Sonic games from VG music, cut them with Anvil Studios, and viola! all of my family members and friends have Sonic themes as their tones. Except my mom. I edited a MIDI version of the Graceful Ghost Rag to sound like Tim Burton did it. She has it on her phone too.
