To each their own. Even when I was a rabid SW fan, I thought Shadows was contrived and lacking. The Zahn and Stackpole novels are about the only ones worth reading.

It's one of the few books I know of that has a soundtrack. http://www.kaijuphile.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/crazy.gif Otherwise, it seemed to scream filler, but I never really liked any of the Star Wars books. Some things just don't work in any media other than what they originated in, Star Wars is one of them.

I'm currently reading this book and I think it is pretty good. I guess it helps that I am a Star Wars Fan and I've actually played the Nintendo 64 game, so it's a cool experience right now.

<font color='#FF00FF'>I have the soundtrack. It's not bad. The book isn't bad, either. I liked the n64 game too, one of the first games I played.

I just finished this book and it was pretty good. It was cool to see the story between "The Empire strikes back" and "Return of the Jedi". I only wished the final space battle was a little longer, it seemed a little rushed.
Anyway, it was a good book and I'm glad I read it.
