This is just a random question I thought up not to long ago. Since televisions are switching to digital signals soon (meaning, old analog/antennae users will be out of luck), I was wondering if pirate ("Unauthorized") Television channels could develop and be picked up by the old analog antennae?
Signal jacking is well within the realm of possibility with the unsettling "Max Headroom" incident (WARNING: Gets kinda' weird - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tWdgAMYjYSs) from 1987 and Captain Midnight. I know that Captain Midnight was caught, while "Max Headroom" got away with it.
What's the possibility of Unauthorized television channels taking over analog air-waves? Does anyone with superior technical knowledge know?

Transition details (http://www.dtv.gov/consumercorner.html).
Interesting question, Dark! Anyone have any ideas what such an undertaking would be USED for?
For anyone who remembers Wolfman Jack of RADIO fame, I believe that "pirate" broadcast was from Mexico(?) because that country allowed a stronger signal than the US?

Actually, when I went on my trip to Washington DC, my group went to the FCC and we learned about the Digital transition, and the spectrum that analog took up is going to be occupied by many other things that will be thrown in with the new space that will be opened.
