I made this, but there's something not quite right. If you get an error, just post your scores here and I can tell you what it should be, and it'll give me a chance to try and see what's wrong.

I guess I know what I'm reading next...

The Count of Monte Cristo

Dark, Tragic, Roundabout Thinker

The Count is a dark man, with dark motivations; revenge. His desire for revenge has become an obsession, to where he lives and defines his very existence as the baneful edge of providence. However, this is at the loss of his humanity, and he must realize his obsession for revenge is being carried to far before he himself turns into a monster because of it. His thinking is so full of twists and turns that few can predict or follow the way he plans things, making him all the more charismatic and enigmatic.

Apparently I am Tom Sawyer... Which is odd since I really don't see myself having the same traits...

Victor Frankenstein

Dark, Tragic, Side Thinker
Ambition is his biggest vice, and his indulges leads the scientist to become just as dangerous as his monstrous creation. He is also too superficial, and his inability to percieve what is beyond just the looks of things results in disaster. He is undeniably brilliant, and his cleverness is the envy of his peers, but in reaching too far for things that must not be within man's grasp, he becomes the source of destruction to all the things he loves. His sins he may realize, though chances are it will be much too late.

You got owned.

I'm Captain Nemo!

Me too:)

Captain Nemo is the man who rules the sea. His powerful submarine, the Nautilus, is a perfect vehicle to match his powerful intellect, and the matchup is easily understood why; it was designed by his mind, and so the enigmatic engine is as strange and fantastical as the unreadable mind that brought it forth. A castaway by choice, Nemo has sworn off contact with the human race he has come to mistrust and despise, and with good reason. Still, to those who he realizes have done no true wrong, he extends mercy and even protection, and still nurses the hope that one day man will overcome his own imperfections. The tortured Captain remains in wait for that day, at the bottom of the sea.

Pretty accurate, actually.

Tom Sawyer. Interesting.

Okay, I have to say... I wrote this quiz. Something screwed up and the defaults keep making people Count of Monte Cristo. There's 18 results in all. I can say from Neo-Cruc's scores he should be Hamlet (though very marginally. One different question would have made him actually be the count...)

Captain Nemo.

I was hoping for Erik...

Okay, I think it's fixed, but in any case, if it's not and you get an "Error" page, just post your scores. I can tell you what it should say, and it'll help me see what's wrong. For those of you who got Count of Monte Cristo previous to this message, you should try again and/or post the scores. Statistically, he should be the least recieved character.

At this point I'm Don Quixote, by the way...

My result:

Meg Murray

Good, Tragic, Side Thinker

Meg Murray, the young girl who defeated IT and who learned the secrets of the tesseract, could not have done it on her own. Tormented by the inner demons of low self esteem and near inablity to believe in herself makes her fantastical journeys end nearly in defeatist disaster. She is full of potential, especially in her deeply intelligent mind, but she cannot believe this and nearly loses all in the process. But with the coaxing of her friends and family, she is can overcome her deep running imperfections and turn tragedy to the ultimate victory, if only she will listen and believe in herself.

Scary thing is, it fits me to a T Oo;

Prospero

Dark, Human, Side Thinker

Consumed with revenge, Prospero uses all his abilities, his resources, and his mental capacities to create the most epic scheme he can, in revenge. However justified, his original goal is of a dark nature, and it luck more than his planning that makes it end happily. He, his enemies, and his allies are all driven by the most human of emotions, and even his meddling with their affairs stems from an oh so human desire to design events in ways he would like them to be. At times negligent of the deepest feelings of those around him, he nevertheless pursues his goals and does eventually seek and attain redemption for what wrongs he committed in the name of revenge.

Thank god. I love The Tempest.

I've fixed the error you just got, it should say Tom Sawyer now.

I am really bad at number lines (-10 to 10, in this case) and when designing these tests they dont have "Less than or equal to" or "greater than or equal to", they only have greater and less than, making it harder to tell where the line should draw when grading each aspect.

Sherlock Holmes

Good, Epic, Side Thinker

Sherlock Holmes is the brilliant mastermind whose undoubted prowess in the feild of forensics have entertained the world for decades. He is decidedly good in his actions, and his methodical thinking accents his ability, making him all the better at what he does. His ability to overcome any foe, and understand any crime is what makes him so well known, and it appears he will never fail.

Word. Thing is I am sort of interested in forensics and such... Hmm, maybe its time for a career change, lol.

I got King Arthur

King Arthur Good, Human, Straight Forward Thinker
The great King, whose quest would see success only while he remained above his human imperfections. Unfortunately, that would not last forever. King Arthur is a powerful figure, but is in essense very human, and as wide as his Kingdom would expand, he could not conquer those things which make him a mere mortal human. As all good things must come to an end, so will his Kingdom, but while it still stands, it will stand tall and mighty, as a haven for all things good and pure.

Suprisingly, Sherlock Holmes.

I would have guessed Count of Monte Cristo (one of my favorite books and characters).
