I know nothing of Destroy Gundam (what kind of crappy name is THAT?) but i do know that the Deathsaurer is a freaking BEAST with nigh unstoppable firepower. He would get the edge in my book.

Most of the time it's refered to as simply Destroy, but Gundam Official called it Destroy Gundam, which is a better name because simply Destroy is, well, kind of cliche. It should be noted that DG's positron reflector is more than capable of standing up to UDS's super charged particle cannon, but the armor is something else I doubt is going to be penetrated within the first minute.

What has Destroy Gundam stood up to that is on the level of the partical Cannon that is shot from Deathsaurer? That thing is nearly unstoppable. Has trhe shield ever taken on something even close to comparable?

The actual armor itslef I don't know, but the positron reflector has stood up to a massive ZAFT fleet as well as Freedom Gundam's attacks while it was annihilating the hell out of Berlin. Technically DG and UDS are about even in terms of fire power, it's really a matter of who can outsmart the other first.

Yeah, but are those ZAFT Fleet Lasers even close to the Partical Cannon that Dethsaurer spouts? That thing is devastatingly powerful.

From the Mobile Suits nothing special, but from ships like the Minerva I doubt even Armor Mothra could stand up to it unharmed and if Zamza-Zah could stand up to that with it's PR I imagine DG's is much stronger.
