I would say the Prisoner without a doubt. It is not just a scifi show its very psycological and it was done with a clear vision for how it should play out. I have every episode on DVD and enjoy watching it more than most TV shows. It had a class you don't see today. Though Secret Agent Man would come in a close second. Still it does not beat out the Twilight Zone which in my opinion is the most original and inteligante tv shows ever.

<font color='#FF0000'>I would have to say Dr.Who, which is one of the longest running sci-fi shows. It was a very creative show. And I beleive that BBC is going to bring it back.

All good choices, but then again just about anything from Britain is better then most of the crap here. Still, to round it out towards one, I would go with the most superior and the Prisoner wins hands downs. Despite the outdated 1960s look, the stories, concepts and messages of the show still remain as reverent and as strong as ever. Even the lesser episodes, like "The Girl who Was Death" still hold up well.
And Leo Mckern rules!!!
