Powers:
Flight - Rodan is among the fastest kaiju and is able to fly at supersonic speeds. He counts as an AERIAL KAIJU and may take the OPPOSITE Bonus for the Cover offered by a battlefield, treating NONE as EXTREME, for example. Such is his speed that Rodan may RE-ROLL his FIRST 3 FAILED Defense Rolls in each battle.
Hurricane Winds - Rodan is able to generate hurricane winds with his wings, destroying entire cities by simply flying over them.
Sonic Shock Wave - Rodan flies at such incredible speed that he creates a sonic slipstream in his wake that can destroy entire city blocks.

Personal Primal Number: - 13 - Shock Wave - Rodan causes vast devastation as he power dives toward his foe. In addition to causing 1 WOUND, this attack REDUCES THE COVER BONUS of the Battlefield by -5 for the remainder of the tournament. The enemy kaiju is stunned by the attack and CAN NOT make a Defense Roll. He will also FORFEIT his next turn.
Special Rules: Master of the Skies - Such is Rodan’s incredible speed that very few mundane weapons can hit him.
Any time Rodan is the target of a MILITARY ATTACK such as the Super X or the Black Hole Gun, roll 1d6. On a roll of 1-4, the attack has failed to even come close to hitting Rodan. On a roll of 5-6, proceed with the normal rules for the weapon used.
