Probably not in the right place, but HOW exactly would I make a Godzilla suit? I've looked EVERYWHERE, and I couldn't find a single how-to guide that wasn't a dead link. Seriously, I would appreciate the help.

If you can get ahold of a copy of G-Fan 87, I say go for it. There's a very detailed rundown of the suit making process. You may also try a YouTube account by a fellow called "huntie" who makes some pretty cool suits. Just search YouTube for "Godzilla vs. the Kaiju Killer" and you should find his channel.

Aside from that, all I can tell you is creativity. People usually tell you foam rubber and contact cement, with a liquid latex and bedsheet skin. That stuff is hard to come by, or at the very least expensive; but low-tech alternatives are out there. My cousin and I ended up using an old, plastic trash can and cutting it in half for a torso. The contact cement I bought wouldn't hold, so we fell back to good old duct tape, screws, and washers to get the tail on him. There's no established method, so it's a learn as you go kind of thing.
