I sometimes use other lineart, like official Gundam and Xenogears lineart, and I used Kiryu concept art for Cyber Godzilla and modified Mecha King Ghidorah lineart for Mecha Biollante.

Mecha Space Godzilla ROCKS. I can't believe I didn't notice it sooner! I'd love to see that thing in action against the real thing. Hell, I'd like to pilot it MYSELF! =D

A title match between Mecha Destroyer and Mecha Space Godzilla seems to be in order... >=D

Mecha Mothra and Mecha Battra are interesting. Neither is how I personally imagined mechanized versions of those kaiju, but their sheer simplicity seems fitting. Did you draw those wings yourself? Impressive! Maybe you should sketch more often. ^_^

It was more like tracing than sketching, but it's all good. Not a long wait for the next mecha kaiju though.

It's Megalon-based and has no official name right now. (Don't bother submitting any unless you haven't voted in the poll going on at TKT right now.) Until it gets a name, it shall be given the unofficial moniker of "Gundam Megalon".

If Mecha Anguirus wants to crawl along the ground he can pull a...well...he can pull an Anguirus and crawl on all fours.

I will note, however, that this doesn't necessarily have to be the finished product. Changes have been made to my designs between Rough Version and Final Version before.

I've made some improvements to the Mecha Anguirus. Longer arms, extra jointed legs so it can go into a Quadruped Mode if it wants.

And I just remembered that I mentioned this on another board, but Angilas can be both Quadrupedal and Bipedal. Just look at DAMM!

Those are really awesome mecha. They are a whole lot like how i invision each monster as mecha. I really enjoy gigan and gamera. Mothra looks almost like you could build it. Very nice job coming from a big mecha fan.

Impressive designs, Draco. My current 'top three' would have to be Cyber-Goji (I dig the prototype Kiryu head), Mecha-Irys (oh, the close/medium-range potential of those 'tentacles'), and Mecha-Biollante (Gator Mode, of course).

A few notes/bits of 'constructive' criticism:
-The Ghidorahs are a bit deficient in dentition.
-Mostly due to the basic torso/leg design, some of the biped mechs are kinda similar in build...but hey, commonality isn't a bad thing.

Now, if I can just find enough spare time to fully browse the massive index of designs your webpage boasts!
