<font color='#0000FF'>There are a lot of disscussions about which Heisei film is your favorite, which you hate, worst, but most of the favorite votes end up as Biollante, 85 or Destoryah ( no duh). Ghidorah, Mothra, Mechagodzilla and Spacegodzilla are either love um, hate em, films. As well, beam wars.

King Ghidorah- after a bad Box office return from Biollante, I can't blame Toho for trying something else. As well, the film has more kaiju action in general than Biollante. SFX weren't the best or too bad, better than most later Heisei films, but not as good as Biollante.Kawakita started slipping. With full control, Kazuki Ohmori could have his way with it, and it turned out pretty well. Beam wars where lower here than any of the films 18-21.

Mothra- Hmmm.... Begun the beam wars has.... They should've given Kawakita the boot here, but no, not after he won an award for SFX on Ghidorah. His work was at its lowest point here. I'm not sure really who is to blame for the beam wars, on Goji stomp.org it was put on Kawakita's shoulders, but on other sites Ohmori and Okawara take blame. Strangly enough, I'm never really botherd by beam wars. Many people say it is an unfair way of fighting, but then again so are missles (MG 74 who no one complains about), and other projectiles. Mothra and Battra could have used less beams and more close up fighting though.

Mechagodzilla- More beams, &nbsp;http://www.kaijuphile.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/dozingoff.gif ......

84, Biollante, Mothra, Mecha-Godzilla and Destroyah are all personal favorites of mine for the whole genre.

The others were simply average.

King Ghidorah: A film that entertains, but seemed to have some of the worst acting and some of the most goofiest scenes out of the entire Heisei series. While I do enjoy this film, it is the oddball of the Heisei series.

Mothra: A good film with a new cool villain in Battra. The monster scenes are spectacular! The acting in this one isn't as bad as it was in the previous film, but it still is so-so. An enjoyable film to say the least.

Mechagodzilla: One of my personal favorites, the story, monster action, and SPFX just seem to go above and beyond the previous two films. While the acting is goofy here and there, it is a very enjoyable film!

Spacegodzilla: A completely underrated film in my opinion. Spacegodzilla is a very cool villain and a very powerful one at that. The acting is good and the special effects are pretty good for the most part. A very entertaining film.

Destoroyah: One of my all time favorites, it really doesn't get any better than this. The acting, monster suits, monster action, and SPFX just blow a lot of Godzilla films out of the water! The story is very entertaining as well! One of the classics!

<font color='#810541'>Godzilla vs King Ghidorah- Didn't like it
Godzilla vs Mothra- Good movie
Godzilla vs MechaGodzilla II- Good movie. I love the4 fact that ifukube brought back Rodan's theme. And the Esper Chorus that is sung when The Baby Godzilla is born, is just great.
Godzilla vs SpaceGodzilla- Fun movie. Not alot of action with Godzilla. But I loved MOGERA and the overall feel of this movie.
Godzilla vs Destroyah- awsome movie. It has a deep, emotional movie. It's one of the closest tied movies to the orignal Gojira in 1954. Ifukube did a great job tieing the movies togather

My thoughts:

They were pretty much standard Godzilla films. 'Godzilla vs Destroyah' stood out the best for me-- the least, I thought, was 'Godzilla vs Space Godzilla'. 'Godzilla vs King Ghidorah' was okay for the most part, especially the animalistic fight between the two Kaiju; but yeah, the convoluted time travel crap screwed it up really bad. As for 'Godzilla vs Mothra', it was probably the flashiest, brightest flick in that line, although it was fun to watch. 'Godzilla vs MeachGodzilla' was a great flick, but could've been better.

Peace,

Melkor
