Baby Godzilla Vs. Little Godzilla

Excusing powers and sizes, why does Baby Godzilla (Godzilla Vs. MechaGodzilla II) look like an adolescent Godzilla while Little Godzilla (Godzilla Vs. Space Godzilla) look like an infantile Godzilla?

And, on another note, why does there seem to be a lack of Godzilla Junior (Baby, Little, and Junior) pictures on the Internet?

Because baby G is what he should be...an Infant Godzillasaurus

where as Little G was mutated during the testing on his island...it explains it in G vs Space G

Testing? What testing. I never caugh... well I don't even stay awake in Spacegodzilla. But, Baby is so much better. It was a step above minya, Little G is MINYA! Gjr. Godzilla pup;)

Okay, you're not getting it. BABY GODZILLA looks like it should be LITTLE GODZILLA, as LITTLE GODZILLA looks like a baby! Baby Godzilla even has bigger spines!

That kinda bothered me to. Oh well. I like Little Godzilla the best though. He just so damn cute. As for the second question, probably because most fans don't seem to like the baby Godzilla's very much.
