Pictures themselves are worth a thousand words, yet the juiciest part is how you came to choose it, as with your screen name. Is he/she your favorite character? Does it intrigue you? Or is it just plain cool? Go with Guiron, since he's one of the more overlooked monsters out there. Besides, that blade is a nasty weapon! I'll bet that most Kaiju [ especially the more cowardly of the bunch ] will think twice before attacking Old Cleaver cranium&reg;. Let's see... Avatars I've had so far: Meltdown Godzilla, Sokogeki Godzilla, B&amp;W Sokogeki Godzilla, a symbol of the Trinity, the Papal crest, and this Freemason/Illuminati thing... That makes a total of six so far.

My current avatar is a character of my own creation, affectionatly named Minion. I ripped a sprite of Tony from Magination(a GBC RPG), did some color edits, added words to his Tshirt, and just for good taste, gave him a white outline and slapped him on a black background. This whole process took maybe an hour, and I did it all using MS Paint. I chose JJ because like me, he's misunderstood and had so much potential for better things. And I think he looks kinda cool. Also cause Godzilla vs.Megalon is one of my favorite G films for all the cheesy reasons. It made for a great MST3K show as well.

Since my username is &quot;Gawdziller,&quot; an Aussie-accented dub/redneck pronunciation of my favorite monster's name, my avatar has almost always been some form of Godzilla. I tried Serizawa and Frankenstein awhile back, but they just didn't look right for me, so I'm sticking with Godzilla. Right now, I've got Megagoji as seen in 1975's &quot;Terror of Mechagodzilla.&quot; I change my avatar every now and then, but not with any predetermined regularity.

Well, i came by mine, well cause i love Ultraman. One of the &nbsp;biggest fanst hat i know of around here. And while this is not Ultraman, it is Ultraman Shadow.....an evil robot design to combate Ultraman Zearth. I guess i got tired of the goody 2 shoes of the Ultra universe.....and just like the black hero. Kinda like Death Syth is to wolverine. Or Carnage is to the new age Venom.

The avatar you see to the left is the result of a rather annoying campaign of mine to bestow 'Avatar' status on the unused TriStar Godzilla™ design by Ricardo Delgado. &nbsp;I basically have the Roost's Kaiju Scrap-Yard&reg; to thank for finding out what could have been, and as such have become quite attached to it. &nbsp;However, the idea of alternating avatars every so often is a tempting one...methinks Gabara would be a good one sometime in the near future.

I was looking for some pics of hand claws and the usual paleo things but kept going back to a postcard book I have called ANCIENT SEA CREATURES. It's got some gorgeous photos of fossils dating clear back to 2 billion years ago.
Trilobytes may look rather bizarre but were very successful during the Paleozic Era (570-240 MYA) and varied greatly in size and form, yet their symmetry has a strange beauty all its own. They also remind me of the horned toads we had back in Arizona! &nbsp;

Well, as many of you know, I'm a pretty big wrestling fan. And, ever since his return to the WWE, I've been a fan of one of wrestling's greats, Hulk Hogan. Rodan is near the mountains, Godzilla is breathing fire one the city from the ocean, Mothra (Imago) is next to him, Battra Larva is next to her, and King Ghidrah Showa is behind Godzilla. I found it one Google. Very nice picture too. Doesn't say anywhere who drew it, but it's my new favorite picture. <font color='#810541'>I think I've had several avatars. When I first joined the Roost under Megalon Successor, I obviously chose a Megalon avatar. It kind of sucked though. Then Peacemaker (who actually had a little avatar business going soon after he joined) found me a better mugshot of my favorite Showa Kaiju. After a while, I got tired of the Megalon look and instead got Peacemaker to host a picture of 2-D from the Gorillaz for me. The picture was edited so that he had black and blue eyes and brown hair, to resemble me sort of.
I kept that for god knows how long, then on a day where it messed up, I started avatar hopping. Rodan and Gyaos were just 2 of the avatars I had used. Then I found an avatar of Evangelion Unit 01, and used it for the longest time. Later, Gojiman for unkown reasons made me a little avatar with the same Eva 01 pic, except his mouth moved and the word &quot;w00t!&quot; would pop up. That avatar suited me perfectly.
I later tired of the screaming Eva 01, and once again went avatar hopping, having the Eva Mass Production mugshot and Gridman as a few. Finally, I found and stuck with Evangelion Unit 00. What can I say? I love Evangelion!

Then I got grounded for 6 weeks.

Afterwards, I returned with this new screename, Metal Zombie, and stuck with a Legion avatar for a while since I had just bought Gamera 2 on DVD at the time and fell in love with it.
Now I have the RahXephon, a statue/diety-like giant mecha from the anime of the same name, which I have just recently gotten into. Sure, he may not look quite as cool as the Evas, but he makes up for it with his diety looks and show of power. Kind of like Majin, except with a pilot and more stylized. I plan on sticking with this for a while...

My previous Avatar was Sasuke Uchiha from the anime version of Naruto (the manga of which can now be found in Shonen Jump) under the influence of the 'Curse Seal'.

My new Avatar, picked out after sitting down and reading the preacher comic series in its entirety today, is the Saint of Killers, patron saint of Murderers and Assassins and weilding a pair of revolvers forged from the sword of the Angel of Death (they never need to be reloaded, never miss, and never inflict a non-fatal wound).

I went looking and found Steven Martin's 1 and 2. Martin has always been my favorite human character so I knew it had to be one of him. I at first chose old martin because of how much wisdom he has. Yes, I am a Pokemon fan, in fact, I was addicted to it during 1999-2001. I still collect the cards [ especially the CARDS! ], play the new games and overall still collect Pokemon stuff, but not with the same gusto I had in those years. I chose Pikachu because he is one of my favorite Pokemon. I mean, he is cute, and his attacks aren't necessarily on the wimpy side, either [ Raichu's the same case ]. And this Pokemon's got spunk! But that's just my opinion, no need to forcefeed it into everyone else.

I think anyone who has joined within the last three or four months can recall the 'controversial', PM-inducing Pikachu Avatar I sported for awhile. Now, I picked that Avatar because I like Pikachu, not because I am 'fuzzy' or anything like in real life. Although several of the previous Avatars I sported did reflect my personality, just like the Triregno/Papal crest and my current one, the Eye of Sauron. So yes, I think Avatars may reflect one's personality, but it doesn't mean that every Avatar is an aspect of that person we have yet to see.

Heh, tis true. I was thinking more in the context of, for example, their maturity or attitude. Like, Jeff's avatar really reflects the maturity and wisdom he has. JJ's avatar (as already mentioned) reflects his humorous and fun-loving personality.
Even if you chose a picture that just looked cool to you, someone could probably read deeper into it if there's some sort of link between the image and the image-user's personality (unfortunately, this rarely happens with Spammerites, as their avatar is probably the least thing on their/our minds. Spammerites try not to look dumb and find whatever looks cool).

Actually, it's Altron. Altron is the upgraded version of Shenlong, and that doesn't appear to be Altron custom (from Endless Waltz).
