This is a thread to discuss my R3 fight.

I am not doing this to say that I should win because I said so. I am doing this to figure out the whole range of these two great warriors' skills.

First, I want to know how Kato's energy arrows can pierce my swords. I thought my swords could block energy and bullets.

Second, can I block multiple projectiles at once? I could spin my blades around and create a wall. I would block the majority of the arrows if not all of them.

Treize, if you can explain these things I will gladly give you the win. I don't care who wins. I just want the strongest and most deserving fighter to win. I am here because I love Roost Fighter.

Seriously, I would like to win. I think having Dante the Inferno and DEP in the final round would have been a great fight.

Don't change your vote for my sake. It'll be interesting to see who wins in the end.

You're right in that a single arrow won't pierce the swords, nor 10 of them. However, 200 is a very different story. With that quantity, the arrows will continue to wear at the blades until they break. One energy strike won't be enough to break Dante's main weapons, but 200 of them, in all probability, could.
If I were to throw a fireball (like Ryu's) at you, the sword could take that no prob. If I threw 10 of them at once, the blades might start to wear down. If I threw 200 of them at you in a row, only a half-second apart, those blades are going to start suffering damage, and may have holes in them by the time it's over.

That's a good point with the 'bladespin wall', and I never even thought of it. It's probably a more effect defense than what I had pointed out in my vote. However, there's always that chance the arrows will strike Dante while the blades are unable to guard him. It's a dangerous game of chance.

Ok, I get the fact that my swords would probably break. And I think your vote said something about me falling over. I can see that too.

Alright, I can see where you are getting it.

Come on though, how good are my odds at beating Kato?

Good luck in the next round!
