BabyGino and Mothra Larvae (heisei) vs Minya and Godzilla jr.

I'd say the Godzilla brothers. A baby Gino is a mansized midget that will most likely be stepped on by either side; its a non issue. That leaves Minya and Junior to deal with Mothra. Now while its true that Mothras have beaten both their fathers, that was only by teaming up, either with another Mothra or Battra. However, the Godzilla brothers have the team this time and can strike a blow. Won't be an easy match, but they'll do it.
Junior is a brave kid; he proved that when he fought Space Godzilla, a monster that his father had to team up with MOGUERA to beat, when he was Minya's age. He's also an OK fighter, he proved that when he beat a Destroyer.
As for Minya, while he can be a bit of a bumbler, he can get his act together and start slugging when the heat is on. He proved that when he saved his father from Kumonga and dealt the final blow against King Ghidorah.

Heck, Junior alone might have a shot against the other team... I assume this is Junior, and not Baby or Little Godzilla we're talking about, right?

Junior and Minya will win.as Juan said Baby Gino is a non factor because of his size and Minya and Junior can take the larva.

Remember the rules states "all combatants are assumed to be of relative size". That means BabyGino is going to be the size of Junior and Minya.
And those babies have a big appetite and are vicious little sods that go after anything that looks edible- Minya's a big chubby thing, Baby Gino's going to go for him, leaving Junior to take on Mothra Larvae by himself.
Now Minya can shoot his own little atom beam, but the Baby Gino's battle strategy is to launch a direct assault & chomp away. He'll be tearing at Minya's flesh, getting him panicked, possibly too panicked to aim straight. Minya goes down.
Junior VS Larvae... well, that silk is going to cause him problems (and remember Heisei Larvae's silk is slightly acidic). He'll get partially tied down, forcing him to use his atom beam. That can cause a great deal of damage to the Larvae but while he's driving his foe away, Baby Gino's coming over from taking out Minya and is going to attack Junior from the side. A pointblank beam from Junior should take down Baby- but while he's doing that, Larvae's started to spray him again.
Last kaiju standing is Mothra Larvae, with Junior incapacitated, Baby wounded and Minya dead or dying.

Thank you Charles RB for explaining the relative size rule.

Now, now... I'd give Junior (that is, the critter we see in GvD) far better odds against the larva- and Minya's got more durability than any of us (myself included) are willing to accept.

Not that goji jr, the one in GvSG.

...If it's the one from Space Godzilla wouldn't it be called Little Godzilla?

That's Little Godzilla.
And if he's the guy on Minya's side, they're even more screwed than I thought! Baby Zilla's gonna kill those two easily and then probably try going after the Larvae for kicks!

godofPH, you should have been more specific. Yes, I still remember this little match. That's because I never forget these things.
If they are all of compareable size, this is going to be much more difficult but much more interesting. Baby Gino most likely will attack Minya, thinking its in for a meal. However, this raises the question, would its teammate even allow this? Mothra is a good and kind monster who more often than not defeats her enemies without killing them. As Minya and Little Godzilla are just innocent little kids, this will be especially true. Baby Ginos are ironically enough, more treacherous, vicious, and frightening than their parent.
If Mothra and Baby Gino turn on each other, as they most likely would*, then that leaves Minya and Little Godzilla (not Godzilla Junior) free to either run or help out Mothra. As this is a fight and Little Godzilla is a gutsy little trooper, he, and Minya will most likely help Mothra. The three against one means Baby Gino would have to lose, Mothra would tie him up whilst the Godzilla brothers do their bubbles and smoke rings.
If Mothra and the sons of Godzilla still wish to fight, I'd still give it to Minya and Little Godzilla.
*The reverse was seen in "Godzilla and Mothra: The Battle for Earth." There, Mothra and Battra were enemies. They were opposites one merciful and one cruel but when Battra decided to play nice, he and Mothra became good allies. (The Cosmos even said "Battra saved Mothra... They've become friends.")
