1. You cannot blindly vote for a character out of fanboyism or love. Any posts I find that say, for example, "Liek OMG DeMoN EyEs P4rk3r is teh pwn!!!LOLOLOL!!!!11" will be deleted, and you will be restricted from voting for the rest of the round.
2. No stat changing. I will not take any bribes here, folks.If you're not happy that I gave your character's speed a 4, too bad. No character stats will be changed during the tournament. You will have to wait out until the tournament is finally over.
3. Votes must be clear, concise, and have REASONING. An acceptable vote might look like this:
Winner: Angilas
His brute strength and weapons give him an edge over the substantially weaker Dracois.
It is preferred if you do go in-depth about a fight, but it's not mandatory.
4. Once you place your vote, it is FINAL. If you want to change your vote...well, you can't. This makes counting the vote tally difficult and I will not accept 5 people changing their votes.
5. NO CHEATING. We had an incident with this in the last tournament where a 'suspected party' PMed all of his friends and basically told them to vote for each other no matter what. Well, if any of you know of such things occuring in such a manner, please contact me immediately and I will...deal with it *cracks knuckles*
