Not hateful as much as noticing "trends". :) I believe Saruman had to remind folks there is such a thing as search engines for finding stuff rather than just posting requests for every single RESEARCH project in the forum (and often with their own topic and scattered about several forums).

KP and every other host of popular sites is concerned about usage but it's not so much about being stingy as to let EVERYONE enjoy their efforts. If there is a huge demand on bandwidth, the place can indeed go down and be unavailable to anyone. James is well aware of this. MZ has everyone pasting links into their browser to even better "slow down" the "flood" they have during these exciting times.
You have to admit, people can get pretty lazy online and would much rather see the pic right in their window when they get to the topic. But what happens when someone quotes the post with the pic - EN TOTO? Another drain. At the same time, not having to load the images speeds up the forum page display! Why do you think signatures and graphics have OFF options? ;) Just using the links is also the courteous thing to do.

my gosh, Manda is extraordinary. my only, ONLY complaint is that i wanted so much there to be whiskers on Manda, like the original. but, that's alright, and completely made up for with the awesomeness of the rest of his design. Manda, as everyone has already said, is simply awesome. He looks almost Ghidorah-like, imo, which is very good. Minya... Well, frankly I don't care, but I have to say he looks better than the previous Minya. And Fire Mothra is the first incarnation of the big ol' fuzzy moth I actually like. And I will say it again, Manda is just exemplary. :thumbs-up:
