Background: Froggy-T was unchecked for the first round of the tournament. He headed to Paris where attacked the local wineries. He was stopped, however by Norganthus who wanted both Paris and Froggy-T destroyed.

Holy hell, this would be a good match. But I think Norganthus will win by a margin. He will use his higher speed to blast Froggy-T to hell

Norganthus only has a resistance of 1. If Froggy-T is able to get some good hits in, be it tongue or slime, Norganthus's entrails are going to fly all over the Effel Tower.

I think that with a speed of ten and ranged and melee attack of ten, Norganthus would win this fight pretty easily. He can just run around and attack. He is too fast to get caught.

Froggy T

All of Norganthus' speed is offset by Froggy T's Acrobatics and Reflexes. So, which would do the most damage, a hit by Norganthus on Froggy T (which would have a Beam/Resistance difference of 5) or a hit by Froggy T on Norganthus (wihh would have a difference of 8)?

With a resistance of one, Norganthus only has to get hit a few times before he falls.

The stats are pretty well complemented so the determining factor is the resistance.

The two kaiju sped around each other, each dodging the others attacks. Each only needed to land one great hit to finish off the opponent. Norganthus had only managed to graze Froggy-T, doing some damage, but not enough to finish the fight. They were getting closer, the two kaiju who circled each other. Froggy-T finally decided to use its height advantage. Leaping high in the air, it managed to land on Norganthus’ back. The kaiju tried to get Froggy off, but could not before Froggy shot a glob of slime onto the back of Norganthus’ skull. The slime burned into the flesh. Froggy jumped off, and watched as Norganthus charged. Froggy did not flinch as Norganthus got closer. And closer. And just when Norganthus almost made it, it dropped dead and skidded to a stop right as Froggy’s feet. Looking at its dead opponent, Froggy-T turned and moved on.
