It isn't. It is a two disc set, Rodan and Godzilla vs. Hedorah.

^ Not quite. Siren was originally going to release a double feature of Godzilla vs. The Smog Monster (AIP version) and Rodan. Smoggie got cancelled because Siren couldn't secure source materials. So, the disk was delayed, and now it's just the 1956 Rodan. I guess the Godzilla vs... title is just a promotional thing.
