I think the obvious choice here are the Final Wars kaiju.
Most people would be more freaked out to see about a dozen kaiju than one.
Ebirah, Kumonga, and Kamacuras would probably want to consume you.

Keep in mind, for those that don't know, that final wars kaiju option equals everyone except for Godzilla, Mothra, Gigan and Monster X.

I would put it down to either Kaiser Ghidorah, Monster-X, or Megaguirus.
But I would give Orga some credit since he scared the crap outta my little cousin when I took him to see G2K

The Final Wars Kaiju would probably be the scariest for me. There is a ton of them, so having them rampaging around would be frightening.

Again, I don't think I'd scream and run away if any of these guys showed up. But I still voted anyway, and for MX. But, being the kaiju loving freak I am, I'd love it if one or all of them to come walking through my backyard!:)

Orga. i'm surprised no one voted for him. he was pretty scary when i first saw him. now granted, i was four years younger, what's scary to a 10 year old is not so much scary to a 15 year old. but still, he was scary looking, like a nightmarish monster, especially his roar. and he was in a battle at night (which for me is a pretty scary time, even now) and i first saw him in a theatre. so, all that combined makes him the only kaiju that i've ever been afraid of. FW Gigan comes close, but not that close.

I'm also a bit frightened of Orga. Actually, I wasn't really scared, but his first form, the octopus-like creature was a bit creepy. The first time I watched G2K, I thought Orga did a frown in this form, which seemed a bit "weird" to me.

Though I haven't seen GFW yet, I'd be willing to say that the sheer sight of Monster X coming for you would make any man soil himself.

I had to vote for Orga. The sheer sight of him compaired to the other Kaiju is a lot more frightening. Though very close at second is Megaguirus. Eww. Seeing a savage little insect like that with so many swarms of things can really freak you out.:crazy:
