1. Not sure, but I don't think we are aloud to talk about # # # on Kaiju Philes boards. But your new here, so no reason to really Blow up on you (no reason to blow up on anyone more like it).
2. I've had it with that stupid company, after my releases of Gojira and Return of Godzilla have sarted decaying on me. In the way that each time I watch them they get more and more digital problems that never excisted before. And I give up on Azumi from them. Both releases, the first one I got, and the replacment were cheap, containing the same error at the same spot. Was not able to finishing watching.
3. I don't care about them, but if they will have it then, the Region 2 may be coming out then, I'll pick that up, but they might be guessing about its release yet, as I've read rumors of the region 2 coming out in Sep 2005.

If it's the only current way to get ahold of the film as early as possible, then I'm getting it from them. I've done this with GXMG and Tokyo SOS. However, they'll probably be playing it at G-fest 12, which I'll be going to in July 8-10.

I've experienced the same problems.
Do they all of the sudden just stop or skip?
And here I thought it was my DVD player.

It's not, since they're bootlegs of Toho's discs, which you can pick up earlier, in better quality, and legally.

well, i have a Region 2 that works perfectly on my dad's DVD Player, but wont work at all on my computer. so, what i've learned about Region 2 is get one only if you have a DVD player, or a really good computer.
however, just to own Final Wars, I'd go with definately get a Region 2.

Computers have both hardware and software region coding. Checkout DVD Region + CSS Free, it unlocks both. I've used it for years and have never had any problems:

Yeah, but those cost way too much money for my standards.
I'd want to see them with English subtitles as well, for a good first viewing impression.
I've only had one problem with ????????????????? when I got a skipping DVD.
I e-mailed them and they sent me a working one.

Well, it kind of makes me mad when it does that.
It didn't do it for GXMXMG: TOKYO SOS, but DOES WITH THE OTHER ONES.
MAYBE BECAUSE THE OTHER ONES ARE OLDER MOVIES.

To each their own, but in my humble opinion if you don't want to pay for it, you don't deserve to get it (unless of course you'll replace it with an official copy once it's released in the U.S.).

Yeah, I can see what you're saying.
But my only purpose in buying from ????? is to see GFW as soon as possible in subtitled format. But I always support Sony by buying all their new kaiju releases because their prices are reasonable. This is exactly what I did with the Kiryu movie series, in fact. Buy from ????????, then buy a real copy when it is available at a good price.

Have not been on kaijuphile in awhile so i dont know if this has been posted already. Im a member of Netflix and was browsing their choices for Godzilla dvds. Godzilla Final Wars came up as one of their choices but as of right now you can't add it to your list of movie choices. Does this mean it's going direct to dvd? opinions? just thought i'd say this.

Pimp is right. They have it listed, but that doesn't mean a DVD is coming anytime soon. Toho is pretty picky about letting someone release one of there movies before they have, so if we do get it on DVD, it would be after Toho releases theirs.

I didnt say the Dvd was coming soon. They put up movies on their website even before they hit theaters.
The Have Fantastic Four:http://www.netflix.com/Search?v1=Fantastic+Four
And Star Wars 3:http://www.netflix.com/Search?v1=Star+Wars+3
As choices and they wont be out in theaters until this summer
So a GFW dvd won't be coming anytime soon. Just like you said.

Netflix review:
"Director Ryuhei Kitamura breathes new life into the hugely popular Godzilla series by resuscitating the iconic lizard for this new era. This time, instead of battling within the species, mankind must fend off the scourge of Kaijus, mutant humans equipped with outrageous powers with which they can destroy the world. For the sake of survival, Earthlings must band together to create the M kikan task force, designed to protect the human race. "

EBAY! seriously, it works. that's how i got my dvd of Godzilla X MechaGodzilla. only problem is, it'll be Region 2. so you'll need a region 2 capable computer, or a DVD player. i have neither, and thus have only seen mine twice out of the 2 years i've had it.

Still, looks pretty sweet man! 3-discs! I really wanna see that documentary on godzilla. Sadly, I'm not allowed to use E-bay, even though I can play region 2 discs on my dvd player.

It's not out in Japan on DVD now. It'll come out in July. When that happens, go to ebay for a bootleg copy. That's your best bet.
