My friend from The ARena researched some stuff to devise his own hypothesis of some effects the gravity bolts have. greenjester, as he is known on the ARena, has explained this theory in a chatroom with Seer235, and I'll post that excerpt to my fellow Roosters (not that rooster >.>) and see what they think.

sk8erchaz4: i'm gonna keep explaining so you can save this
sk8erchaz4: and send it to him
The Crow215: k
sk8erchaz4: now, where was i?
sk8erchaz4: ok
sk8erchaz4: also, the gravity of the "beam" would make the opposing beam's molecules (which were just literally ripped away from eachother, diffusing the beam) a part of the gravity beam, giving it the proportionate power of not one
sk8erchaz4: but both beams
sk8erchaz4: now, i noticed you asked about the effect of the beam on a kaiju
sk8erchaz4: or, hell, any solid object in general
sk8erchaz4: but i'll explain the effects on a kaiju first
sk8erchaz4: this is the TRUE terror of the gravity "beam"
sk8erchaz4: see, no matter what the beam hits, it will affect the target on a molecular level
sk8erchaz4: therefore, it will remove the skin of the kaiju it connects with
sk8erchaz4: well, at least the skin on the area the beam hit
sk8erchaz4: now, here's my favorite part
sk8erchaz4: what if the beam hits an eye?
sk8erchaz4: ewww...
sk8erchaz4: devastation
The Crow215: yeah
sk8erchaz4: the beam would literally rip the eye's molecules apart, and prolonged exposure WILL do the same to a kaiju's brain
sk8erchaz4: you can probably guess what will happen from what i've already told you if there are anymore questions
sk8erchaz4: but i'd like to touch on something you may not have asked
sk8erchaz4: see, it's widely known that my favorite kaiju, Showa Godzilla, could alter the power of his beam
sk8erchaz4: what if Kaiser could do this?
sk8erchaz4: and what if Kaiser could alter his "beam" into the true form of gravity; a wave?
The Crow215: yeah
sk8erchaz4: well, by decreasing the power of the "beam", he could, by theory, cause the beams to move about a certain area in a swirling motion
sk8erchaz4: now, by keeping this motion for a certain period of time, the molecules would be pulled slowly
sk8erchaz4: therefore creating what would look like a molecular tornadoe
sk8erchaz4: oh, the possibilities
sk8erchaz4: by circling the beams faster and faster, this "molecular tornado" would begin picking up speed (duh), and do you know what happens when molecules move faster than they should?
sk8erchaz4: those bad boys heat up
The Crow215: yeah
sk8erchaz4: this tornado would quickly become what i call a "swirling hell"
sk8erchaz4: it would have the effects of a heat beam and a tornado at the same time
sk8erchaz4: meaning it can catch you in it
sk8erchaz4: and basically incinerate you
sk8erchaz4: Kaiser is a kaiju that could truly fit the description of monster
sk8erchaz4: because these beams have countless possibilities
sk8erchaz4: and as i've showed you, the possibilities are frightening
sk8erchaz4: on to the other question
sk8erchaz4: modifying the "beams" to waves
sk8erchaz4: if this is possible (although i HIGHLY doubt it is)
sk8erchaz4: you could have the effect of gravity as we know it
sk8erchaz4: meaning he could basically use the newly altered waves as something of a "tractor beam" from sci-fi movies
sk8erchaz4: well, i think i'm getting into thing Seer wasn't even interested in
sk8erchaz4: *things
sk8erchaz4: that concludes our little lesson
sk8erchaz4: thank you for listening
The Crow215: no pron
sk8erchaz4: Chuck, save this
The Crow215: *prob
The Crow215: will do

Well, I hve to agree somewhat with Pyras. That wouldn't happen, because simply gravity doesn't act totally in that fashion. There is a wash, and that evens it out. It the bolt hit, more than just that area would feel the effect, the wash would be that entire area, and once one thing is caught in the gravity, all would be affected.

What he is proposing is that the gravity would ONLY affect that one spot. I can see what he means. He is having that the gravity would only be affecting that area, like you just grabbing the center of a piece of papper and lifting it, pulling first at the center then pulling the rest. I see the gravity beams as it is visible as the beam, but gravity affects all around it, so it is more like you openhand, grabbing the paper and lifting, if the hand is covered in glue.

I can see his point, but I don't believe that theory.

The theory he has seems really flawed and I do not, in the least bit, buy it.
