No, he did not have to cheat. As you can see, it was not only him who has acheived a perfect score of 58. It just takes some skill, some brains, and some luck.

I am leaning towards luck. Once you see/hear how one person does it, anyone can do it.

I agree. And beating the computer w/o a perfect score isn't too hard anyway, at least not for us geniuses. :p

This leads one to wonder why you haven't done it. :p
Yeah, the game is easy to win. It just takes luck to get 58. The AI has to move a certain way for you to get it.
I still believe the game has a learning curve.
And they say we don't have AI that can learn.....Can you say government conspiracy?!?!

This game takes a lot of skill which I obviously lack. I hate how I have the computer in a tight spot and all of a sudden, they take 5 of my pieces, which sets off a chain reaction across the board.

I'd have to agree. Hexxagon isn't so bad, once you play it enough times. Of course, my score is probably much lower on the ranking now than it was before, but yeah...

I haven't cared enough to do it yet. I might eventually, but I have better things to do on this site.
