I was browsing around Amazon, reading reviews for kaiju movies, when I found this review for Gamera 3: Revenge of Iris.

The picture is grainy and the dubbing stinks. The DVD extras are non-existent, and the effects stink. It's a monster film from Japan, so of course it will look fake and be terrible.

i'm surprised Kiryu was the only one to mention the reveiw above it. that's just mean, but i do think we know in what direction we came from. the mention of the Twisted Kaiju Theatre is a definate tip-off. that is just mean, wrong, and useless.

anyways, i tried to vote no, but it wouldn't let me. i also tried to send a report on the first reveiw, but that didn;t work either.

As far as I'm concerned, both IMDB and Amazon need to off the kiddie reviews and stick to just offering the merchandise. The often inane responses they attract do not do much at all for the services themselves. :hmmm:

It was Shin Goji that posted the first one. He has a vendetta against Maser City and TokyoMonsters, and considering his lack of maturity, I'm not suprised one bit.

Well you have to respect someones opinion or thats what I think anyway. The review does sound like he might have seen the movie or he could just be someone that absolutely hates Kaiju/Monster films.

What were these knuckleheads thinking!!! THIS MOVIE MADE MY BROTHER CRY!!!!!!!!!!! It stuck a horendous image in my little brother's mind! Mecha godzilla in the form of godzilla merderously beats angurious and left helpless gets his mouth pried open by mechagodzilla as blood spurts out!!!!!
