Actually, Delos Lovelace's original Kong novelization is being re-released (in THREE different formats) along with a flood of other Kong books later in the year to tie in with the new film hype. You can find them listed now in Borders' computer system by doing a search for "Kong" and then sorting the results by the 'Release Date' tab. Apart from the many film adaptations (regular novel, junior novel, assorted kid's versions and activity books) there are several that sound very, very interesting (such as, and I quote, "Untitled King Kong Prequel Novel"-obviously a placeholder title-and "A Natural History of Skull Island"). A couple of scholarly studies, ala "Godzilla On My Mind", are on the way, as well. The avalanche should start in late September.:kingkong:
