Signature Attack: Neo's Bullet (slows down time and executes a 10-hit punch combo in that time)

Method of Attack: Since his physical strength leaves much to be desired, PH relies on speedy movements and quick reactions to win. His Matrix Suit allows him to move in bullet time and mach-speed. However, the latter can be fatal: 1) It drains his energy greatly to move as such, and 2) one wrong move and he'll be splattered. As a result, he does this only sparingly, usually only as a last resort. Even without mach speed or bullet time, however, PH moves very quickly and can be hard to hit. And when he goes in for the attack, he relies on fast combos instead of single hits, due to his lack of impressive physical strength overall.

Method of Attack: Monster Master stalks his foe a distance before pouncing on them, when he can. However, if he feels this is not a good strategy against certain opponents, MM goes utterly berserk on them, ripping, biting, and clawing at them. He usually uses his ranged weapons only if he finds that close-quarters combat doesn't work out. However, he does have a strange reliance upon the Moon Shine Beam and Moon Slash. Unfortunately, MM isn't particularly intelligent, and can be defeated by more intelligent opponents - after all, the only thing truly guiding MM is his own animal instincts. He will go the extra mile to slaughter a foe - no matter the cost.

As to who would win, I think God of PH would. His strength isn't very high, but his other stats are quite a bit higher than MM's. And even if MM does have his moon beam, God of PH can slow down time and easily dodge it. I don't think God of PH will have too much trouble beating MM.

Even if PH goes mach speed (speed of sound), then my sonic howl will still catch up to him eventaully (it IS sound). And once it does...PH is gonna be in pain.
