The contest of strength amongst Roost Fighter's most powerful fighters continues. More may follow in the future.
Outline: Demon Eyes Parker has been pit against the green ghostly minions of Shadow (Original) from Roost Fighter II: Advent of Blight. These little suckers are gaseous green things that IIRC like to be inhaled, where they can fool around inside a person's body. The battlefield is a football field.
How many of these little devils can DEP dispose of before being disposed of himself?

The stats for DEP can be found in the link below. No stats currently exist for Shadow's minions.

EDIT: Damn, forgot to post a poll. Remember that the number of minions is limitless, so DEP can fight as long as he is able to.

Where have I seen this before? :p
Ok, maybe... 3.
J/K!
Seriously, if I remember right, these things can't take any real damage... He should get a fair few, close to 150,000,000 or more since one of Kyo's regular punches could take out about 10.
Of course, it'd be twice that number if DEP was based off of Orochi Iori, but oh well.

He's going to get a lot, I don't know about 150 million like Zear thinks, but it's going to be up in the thousands...
If he get's overwhelmed, I guess it will take a little bit, so he can take out some more while being damaged, and then he'll go down.

The minions will probably not last long against DEP. I am sure they can't take that much damage before disappearing.
DEP is going to kill a whole lot of these little green monstrosities.
These swarming minions will get the best of DEP in a long while. He will kill thousands of these things. He very well may crest a million.

You have forgotten that if they swarm, THEY WILL BE INHALED. Last I checked, DEP still breathes. That would create some problem and limit the number killed.

Yeah, that would pose a problem. I don't know how much damage they could do. They would take up space for oxygen thus, in effect, suffocating DEP. I wouldn't think they could actually damage the organs.

Well, it does say "fool around". And remember, this isn't Omega Bruce with the metalized organs either.

Fool around does not mean damage. Fool around could mean a number of things.
No one ever said anything about Omega Bruce. Although, that would be interesting.

Then what would "fool" mean? There is no kind of "fool" that could happen inside of you that doesn't do damage.
No one ever said anything about Omega Bruce
No, but you said you thought they couldn't damage DEP's innards. Omega Bruce is the only fighter I think might not be injured by inhaling the minions.

I figured that sense they were gaseous they couldn't do any damage. I thought that they were mainly meant to distract the enemy from without. That lends itself to the idea that no real physical damage would result from inhaling them.
That is, unless they can manipulate objects in the living world like on "Ghost". If they can do that, then yes, they would pose some problem.

Hmmm...The thing is, when you inhale things OTHER than breathable air, it usually DOES cause damage.

Thank you. You just agreed with me. The only damage that is caused is the lack of oxygen in the blood. That is what I have been saying the entire time.

No. I didn't say anything about lack of oxygen in the blood.
Now, that would cause damage, but also, the presence of foriegn gasses in the lungs cause damage TO the lungs.
And I still say, what "fooling" won't cause damage?
