Could someone please tell me if these characters were ever refered to by actual names or if they ever had any for that matter?
The Seatopian leader.
The "Chairman" of the nebulan aliens in G vs Gigan.
I have gone through my various Goji books and the names above is all I see them referred to as in cast listings for the films.
If someone could help me out here I would really appreciate it, thanks.:)

I don't know about the actual name of the Chairman, but i do believe his 'host' had a name, so i'm assuming you can call him by that name.

So what were the alien's real names? I think they may had said their names when they were about to die. Either that or they never said them.

I believe the Leader Cockroach guy said that the other guy name was Kabota or Kabuto or sumthin. Ever way, I think it was just a cover up so the humans wouldnt hear.

No you are both mistaken about the Nebula M Spacehunters. Those are the names of the hosts or bodies that they were using for camoflauge.
Yes, I remember now. The whole reason I set this topic up was because I wanted to use these characters in a future fan-fic I am going to write. I wanted to be accurate, but if noone knows the characters names I guess I'll just have to make something up.:( But I've still got plenty of time though, maybe someone else will post with some insight to this soon. Anyway thanks again to all who have posted so far.:)

Hmm...how about we define ceratin characters that will appear in the story? We have a few mentiond already, but we need someone from every race that will appear. Will each person come up with a memeber from his or her Alien Race?

Good idea, BD! Since we have our own alien forum right here, this would be a good place for some solid research on them. Since this is non-canon, we'll no doubt be rewriting characters to at least some degree. Still, having the source material handy can be very helpful for reference. As well, the University "research" often is able to isolate kaiju and other entities from the bad scripting, inane dialogue, continuity errors, etc. they all to have to contend with in the films. I'll copy over to this forum anything I find that might could be of assistance in working with this particular invasion force.

I suppose this thread can be used to discuss our characters (both "real" and fictional) in greater detail. This could give us an opportunity to prob deepper into our character's life, background, personality, motives, etc, for those who are not trying to keep their characters secrect. It can also allow us to let other members, both those who are "playing" and those that just "stop by," a chance to offer their two yen concerning anything discussed here and thus perhaps help us in the long run to make this a better fan-fic.
That being said, there are too many "characters" already invold in the "scenes" written that I dare not go through them all. Thus, we could simplify this by having our "players" post their "characters" they've either made-up our otherwise have control of in the story.
Therefore, the two characters that spring to my mind our, of course:
Ken'trus &
Rentis
Ken'trus is the ruler, or Controler, of Planet X. He is the nephew of the boss Xian from GvsMZ. Obviously, he was bron to lead. His physical appearence, as best as I can tell, looks somewhat like the young Xian "boss" from GFW (though of course there is a defference in their appearnces, but that's the closest "body type" I can think of right now). I, like everyone else, don't know the average life-span of a typical Xian, but I'm asuming him to be about late-20s, in earth-years, if not a bit older.
He does have an "advisor" of sorts, a much older and experenced Xian (whom "fought" in the invasion of '66), which gives Ken'trus tips, suggestions, and overall advise on matters, especially when it comes to war. Ken'trus almost always welcomes his input of knowledge and repects him in like manner.
Ken'trus is also a thinker. If all seems lost, just leave him alone for awhile and he'll come up with something. He has a powerful sounding voice when he wants, that demands the attention of his listeners. He is also very honnerable. He'd rather die in battle then go out as a loser of a war.
And, perhaps scarriest of all, thanks to new devlopments in "brain wave" technology, the genetically created "Monster X" not only can act with "free will" to an exstent while exicuting orders and commands from the "mother ship" (or where ever), but can also be enpowered by Ken'trus' life-force. Much like Asagi did with Gamera. No special beeds or anything are needed to make this connection, as Ken'trus can connect at will with Kaiser Ghidorah through "brain waves" (that is what they called them in MZ, right?), just as he commands the computers all around him.
Rentis is a younger and smaller Xian (at least when compared to Ken'trus). His mother, Miss Namikawa, the Xian spy from GvsMZ who turned traitor, has left him "marked," as her son. His father, Glen, was human (of course), thus making him a "half-breed." Not enough time to conceive a child in GvsMZ you say? Well, you don't know Xian biology very well then (and neither do I:laugh: ). (I hope I'm not going against any KP rules by writing the following:cry: ) However this is how he came to be bron; after learning that she was carrying a child, she had the embryo removed and left to grow as a "test-tube baby."
He normally would have been destroyed because of the errors of his parents, but Ken'trus reconized his great talent in time to save him, and trun him into his "lacky." Rentis and Ken'trus thus share a "special" relationship with each. Not a brother-type relationship, but closer then most other Xians will ever get to have with Ken'trus, for, as we all know, the Xians are a rather "cold" people. Rentis also "suffers" "human emotion attacks," as the Xians call it. Really there're not "attacks" at all; being half-human, he is able to show more emotion then a typical Xian is able/willing to. However, he doesn't very much "fight" his human side (if anything he embraces it).
(Sorry if that seems a little to "Spock-ish" )
It's not uncomman to see Rentis overseeing projects in Ken'trus' behalf, checking up on other's doings, or inventing new weapons, such as Project X. So, he does have a certain leval of respect among his fellows.
Well, that's about all I can think of right now. I'll write more as new ideas come in.
PS if anyone knows ANY Xilian names (both from Monster Zero and GFW), PLEASE inform me.

Personally, I feel that the Millenians won't need any characters. The feel I got for them in G2000 was that they were something akin to the Borg from Star Trek in many ways. They are a collective, and the closest they get to having individuals are either the spaceships (which are more biological entities) or the clones they form of other people (something elaborated in the manga version of the movie). Thus, I think that would be the way I'd approach them in all of this.
This is true. Still, if you wish you can come up with an interesting history for them. I believe some have suggested a war of sorts millions of years ago between them and the Cosmos. Wonder how that would play out....

I think the Millennians and Cosmos would make great opponents myself. The latter's history is pretty much outlined to go WAAA-AY back and adding "bad guys" to it nicely brings the Elliott/Rossio premise into play. I guess I just like the idea of the humans actually being insignificant in a grander scheme of things for once. Nebulans, Xians and about everyone else will no doubt be plotting and scheming so it all should prove quite interesting! :darklord:

NOTE: I've changed some stuff around with the Xilians! I figured since GFW hasn't (and in a way, won't) happaned, and seeing as how everyone else is using exisiting characters from the films, then I'm just going to go ahead and use the Xilians from GFW.
1. Ken'trus will be the young 2nd in command Xilian whom takes over in GFW.
2. The ACTUAL Controller of Planet X, namely the 1st in command in GFW, is still alive in our story and just haven't made an appearence yet. I'll come up with a name for him later.
3. Rentis will still be my own creation and thus a new character. I'll also make up other Xilians as the need araises, as well as introduce ones from both Xilian movies. Just so you guys know.

WE NEED A KENNY! See the Jet Jaguar topic as one idea for a youngun playing a part in this epic tale. Of course, there are other possibilities where this particular sub-species of the genre could come into play so if need be, maybe even a "Kenny topic" might be in order.

Ooh, I forgot about this topic. The only real "characters" we'll see developed by me are King Karkaru and an aging Kilaak whom I have yet to introduce, named "Binar." He has a much deeper understanding of just what is going on than anybody yet knows. He has direct ties with the Iron Empire itself, and, little does Karkaru know, is the real head of the Kilaak race. He is a good friend and mentor of Karkaru.
Other than those two, I plan to pan out the characters of King Ghidorah and Kumasogami, making them much more than just more monsters in the story. King Ghidorah is a tragic creature, he has no choice, he was designed to hate and destroy and will do so until his demise. He was grateful for his death in 1999, but when he was resurrected, he felt even more hatred then ever before. He has a personal vendetta against the Kilaaks, not just because they tried to control him, but because they took his right to rest in peace away from him. He himself isn't even aware of this yet either, but I'll work it out during the course of the story.

Kaiju character listings... interesting concept.... King Ghidorah does have a lote going for him; he's not just the mindless killing-machine so many think him to be. He has a story of his own, and I look foreward to reading it when you get the chance to write, MR!
PS should we do the same with Godzilla? I mean, he's without a doubt the most in-depth kaiju of all time. It would take a book just to get an idea of him. However, I ask because really, not only is Godzilla the most characterized of monsters, but the most well know. Seriously, there would be little in the way of "new info" that could be written about that everyone doesn't already know. Of course, each Godzilla has its own story and "personality", so then again, on the other hand, perhaps we should write a bit on OUR Godzilla?
PS2 If we do, I'd be up to the challange, but wouldn't get around to it for a while.
PS3 I've got a few plans for "Kennies".:)
