I kind of borrowed this idea from ReaperGoji777. Everyone thinks that this kaiju is so weak, I think he is powerful, not as powerful as the larva, but he battled Godzilla quite well, possibly almost as well as Heisei Mothra. I believe that the Battra adult is definately underrated. What do you guys think?

Also like Reaper's thread, shouldn't this be in the University? This sectoin is to talk about the movies.
Anywho...
In my memories, he was weak, and since that is all I have, he is weak. He was more affected by Godzilla's beam, and well, I don't have a working copy of it to watch, so that's all I have.

Sorry about the thread, oops, I forgot.......
Onto the topic.....
Battra was hit multiple times by Godzilla's ray, even some of the times it didn't even effect him. He obviously has a strong resiliance to energy attacks. The thing that caused problems was when Godzilla mawed at Battra's neck. Still, after losing so much blood, he had enough strength to aid Mothra in carrying Godzilla out to sea. He died when Godzilla blasted his atomic breath into Battra's wound if I remember correctly. If you ask me, he displayed a great amount of strength.

Imago Battra is a tough customer and you probably have to go into the Mothra trilogy to find an imago beast that is stronger. But for me Battra Larva is DA BOMB by comparison.

They probably tried to make more different than Mothra.
Mothra: Larva= somewhat weak, yet is pretty tough
Imago= stronger
Battra: Larva= stronger
Imago= somewhat weak, yet is pretty tough

I don't know guys. The imago is stronger I think. So it lost the horn beam. It gained manuverability and I belive has even stromger prism beams. I agree that people do underestimate Battra a lot though.

I guess flight, is a strong advantage, you're right. Also, he has something the larva doesn't have. Electrical shocks threw his touch. Remember when he landed on Godzilla to take him to the sea, Battra shocked him through touching him, the same with Mothra.

underestamated yes...
however Godzilla did succede in killing it....
Is battera stronger than mothra? no... why... mothra is immortal... always reborn... battera was a one shot deal... and got dealt with by the big g... bite to the jugular then a blast at close range for good measure... poor battera... only room for one moth type monster anyways...

Battra is like Mothra, it is always reborn too, remember the Earth created it, so it can create it again.
