While at G-Feast, I bought a Godzilla book which is written in Japanese. In it it refers to a "movie" called "Monster Planet of Godzilla which was released in March of 1994, in-between GvsMG2 and GvsSG:eyebrow: . Apearently, in addition to some new G-Force flying battleships, the film features Godzilla, Mothra ('92) and Fire Rodan. there are pictures of Godzila fighting both in a city and the forest. The two new "jet fighters" are called "Planet Gou" and "Aasu Gou." I should problely look up what "gou" means.:sarcasm: Anyway, has anyone ever heard of this? Was this a movie of sorts? What is it? Why have we never heard of it? Were can we find it? Do any of my questions make sense?!

I found out about it at toho Kingdom: http://www.tohokingdom.com/web_pages/tv/monster_planet_godzilla.htm
I thought it was the TV show where they used toys for the Kaiju, but it according to Toho Kingdom, it was a movie released at the SanRio Puroland amusement park in Tokyo.

Oooooooohhhhhhhhhh............. I tried looking for something on it at TK but couldn't find anything. Thanks a million Showa Godzilla! That clears things up a bit. I'm sure the book made those points clear, but my Japanese is still rough. Interesting thing they put together. I wonder if there's anyway to get a hold of a copy of the "short flick." I'm asuming not considering why it was made, but nonetheless. Anyways, thanks again SG!

:) Your welcome G2000. That would be neat to see it. I always wanted to see Godzilla, Mothra, and Rodan duke it out.

Is this ride still at the Sanrio park, or was it just a one time thing? Hopefully it is still there...

It's still there. I couldn't find any attraction listings at the Sanrio Puroland official site, but everywhere else it says it's still there. It's also included on Godzilla Final Box as an extra.
