Cross breeding kaiju, like having Godzilla and Megaguirus mate making Megagurilla or something like that. Is it possible...

No. Godzilla and Megaguirus are different species, so they would not be able to successfully reproduce. However, genetic engineering may be able to make a mix of them.

Well, most kaiju are different species, so they would not be able to breed with each other. There aren't many kaiju of the same species, and the ones that are the same species are easy to notice. DNA technology is probably the best way to get a cross between two kaiju.

The problem there is that the Loin and Tiger are much more similar than they're physical appearances let on, internally they are very similar....build and all....and there is such a drastic difference between most kaiju that dont share a name (the Godzillas). Some might argue in a case of extreme similarity like Gyaos and Rodan....but then again that is like puting a Redtail hawk with a Bald eagle.....
I dont see Battra mating with Megaguirus.....one is an actual bug...the other a "bug" created by Earths negative energy....so he isnt an actual bug, chances are he wont be reproducing in the same manner, or ever reproducing for that matter (just because Mothra did doesnt mean Battra does)
And there is almost no chance of a Godzilla being attracted to something as different as a Gorosaurus and vice versa....and same with other similars like Baragon, Angilas, and Varan...
But possible....and i use the word possible with a major stretch... matchups are
Gamera and Kaomeba
Battra and Mothra (mothra needs no mate but still)
Space G and a female G (or any Zillas for that matter)
The only REAL possibility I see is Kong and Konga, but only if forced, since Konga became very Gorilla like after mutation (otherwise a chimp and gorilla wouldnt mate....(too many differences) Anything else would be pushing it.....but over all this is not a very likely ocurrence.....
