I was curious as to what kaiju are known carnivores, or any speculated ones.

I.E:
Ebirah, who ate an unlucky islander or two.
Rodan, and his dolphin feeding habits.

That's for starters... who else is/do you think is a carnivore?

I suppose you could say Irys is a carnivorus,in a twisted sorta way.He feeds off other animals, via draining over actual eating.

<font color='#810541'>Gaira. Since he eats people, he's definitely carnivorous. Unless people are made of plants... &nbsp;

Frankenstein ate meat...so did Gaira. Godzilla's built to eat meat. The Gyaos of Heisei are carnivores, as well, and Barugon did eat a person once...

One could argue that all the Kaiju without crushing teeth are probably carnivores, and we know that Meganuron and therefore likely Megaguirus is...

You could say that, though.. I doubt they consider that while designing monsters,as sharp teeth are put in for intimidation.

Good inclusions. &nbsp;Didn't Cretaceous Ghidorah chomp down on a T-Rex?

Yeah...here's what I've got, so far...
(Disclaimer: Only Kaiju listed on here...those not on here, well, I don't have *that* good of a memory)

Confirmed Meat-Eaters
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
Frankenstein
Gaira
Cretaceous Ghidorah
Gyaos Heisei
Barugon
Baragon (Ate people...)
Ebirah
Rodan
Meganuron-Megaguirus
Kumonga
Kamacuras

As mana-phages the more advanced Ghidorahs may or may not count as carnivores, though the Rebirth Ghidorahs seemed to see more merit in the mana of trees...

Godzilla Jr. - Killed whales (and you could see holes in the whales in the pic, so you could assume he was taking bites out of them)

Destoroyah - I'm not too sure about the Aggregate I + II and Final forms, but the crabs were eating the fish away in the aquarium (and it was obvious from the video that there was some sort of feeding going on)

Showa Gyaos - I believe he crunched on a few unlucky folks.

I would argue that Godzilla and his kin are icthyophagous, as the only things they were shown to have killed are whales and other aquatic creatures. Especially true for Godzilla Jr., who took a bite out of a few unfortunate whales. Although in the Heisei era, the Baby Godzilla did eat that flower, perhaps an indication that they are omnivorous.

Peace,

Melkor

I hate to sound ignorant, but i seriously can't recall a single whale in a Godzilla film. &nbsp;much less one that has some chunks missing.

Where could i find these?

^ They're not exactly featured per se, but you can see them in 'Godzilla vs. Destroyah'. If I remember correctly, it was Meru who brings it up and shows it to Miki and Kenichi on the computer screen. There are several dead whales with some chunks missing from their sides, which leaves Meru to deduce that it was Godzilla Jr. who did them.

Peace,

Melkor

I think I wouldn't be far off if I classified Gorosaurus as a carnivore.

I doubt those teeth are for chewing plants.

^And, from the same movie, there's the Giant Sea Snake.

And I believe they (the Muvians, or whatever you'd call them) were going to feed those prisoners of theirs to Manda in Atragon, so I s'pose you could count him in.

I'd suppose many kaiju are omnivorous (King Kong, King Seesar, Baragon, and the Frankenstein monsters are all mammals).
