I don't think so. The reason why Bagan is so popular is due to the fact that he never appeared in a movie. People like to use their imagination with him, he could be as powerful, nasty or intelligent as people wants because there is no way you can compare him to other monsters or bench mark him on past performance in movies on what he is capable of doing.
If he were to appear in a movie and doesn't reflect how people wants to see him, then his fans would be dissappointed.There are already huge expectations on him, that he can't meet. *
