That sounds great! But - and I mean this with all due respect, kpa - who's going to buy a magazine for eight dollars?

Have you been to a newsstand lately? Tons of magazines cost between $7 and $10 and people buy them all the time.

Ed's not getting rich off JG (not even close). He's delivering 64 high-quality pages of heavily researched and highly informative articles by (IMO) the best and most knowledgeable writers on the subject in North America. In addition, there are exclusive production photos and artwork-- some of which are several decades old and have never been printed in Japan (let alone the US). You get what you pay for.. and I'll take the contents of JG for $8 over fan fics, fan comics, and filler for $5 any day of the week.

Bloody hell, kiddo. JAPANESE GIANTS is worth twenty bucks even! So detailed, so interesting, so informative, this magazine ROCKS, and is the supreme Japanese monster/Sci-Fi related magazine out there now, despite it's irregularly publishing schedule. I was astonished by Ed's amazing amount of info and retrospective of GMK in issue #9, I went out and got seven and eight. At G-FEST XI, I pre-ordered issue #10, so, bloody hell, I can't wait!!!!

BTW, I find it funny that Ed posted the announcment only a hour or so after I asked such a question at the Monster Zero Forums. Funny.

Er, anyone know Ed's daughter's name?

Peace,
MN
