This is for Donny  And it goes in the kaiju section because there IS a kaiju in it.
"Little one," she says, "Don't despair!"
Yet he can not help his sorrow.
"Love takes time," she tells him.
He wishes it was here, now.
Her wise eyes glow, "It will happen."
But he doesn't believe so.
"No matter what, I will be here."
Her rainbow wings rise as he looks up.
He sees her growing distant and pale.
"I hope..." he says as she departs. |
