Burtannus

Battlefield: New York City - The kaiju on this field will be surrounded with an experimental force field. This field will drain the kaiju's energy making them only half as strong and much slower than before. Mechanical kaiju are uneffected on this field.

Don't know a whole lot about Burtannus, but I'm tempted to lean Godzilla just as a matter of I expect Godzilla to do well in general.

I wouldn't worry too much about the battlefield here. Half strength Godzilla vs. Half strength Burtannus = the same ratio of power as two fully powered monsters going at it. The only thing that might make a difference is if a half powered beam couldn't break Burtannus' body.

I don't think it will either. I am Leaning Burtannus actually. There is actually a good supply of water in New York. Water that will amplify Burts electical attacks to give this Goji a shocking welcome. Not to mention Burtannus has much more physical prowess than this Goji. Her large size and massive build will stampede over G2K Goji. The scans are around somewhere on Burtannus' fight....

I'd have to check, but I think water will merely conduct the electricity, not actually amplify it.

Still leaning Godzilla. Burt might be able to pour electricity into Godzilla, but we know Godzilla's beam is probably (one of) the hottest around - and look what it did to Orga. I do not see burt being able to get in enough attacks before succumbing to his ray.
