Ultra Monsters, the video game.

Found this site recently, which appears to be for a video game featuring many Ultraman kaiju, and ONLY the kaiju...with some seijin / aliens thrown in for good measure of course.

As for whose in it, the ones I recognized off the top of my head were Baltan, Gomora, Gan-Q, Garamada / Pigmon, Mefilas, COV / Cosmic Organism Vanguard, and Geronimon.

I bought an Ultraman game for the SNES a few days ago and it is wicked cool fun (I have never used that phrase before.) Ultraman is still really popular in Japan but ... alas not over here. If it came out over here, it would be one of those Oh My God! gamble kinda things.

Yeah actually i do know more. Hi im scarlet angel and when i saw this forum topic i had to join. i just recently went to japan and i was in nagoya for a couple of days. at nagoya train station there is a mall and on the 8th floor i believe is the kids section. there is a game that says ultra monsters in which you can battle against computer players or against your friend. every time you play you get a card and the cards can be put into the machine scanner (you get them back) and played on the game. i don't really know ultra man but i got a whole lot of monsters. the strongest one i got was a golden dragon... (anybody know what that is?) aaaaanyway it was really fun but i haven't found one in the u.s. (oh yeah and there area also different ultra man cards two)

That game looks so cool. There are lots of games (in Japan) where one plays as an Ultra, but it is sweet that they are doing one with the kaiju.

Middle Row 1: Bemstar, Bemular, Litora, Red King, Super COV, EX Gomora, and Ace Killer.

Bottom Row 1: Kanegon, Pygmon, Showa Baltan Seijin, Hipportio Seijin, Metron Seijin, Mephilas Seijin, and Kilialien.

Next to Windam is one of Gloker Bishop robots from the film Ultraman Cosmos 3, followed by the flying bone monster Geranda and the deadly super robot Deathfacer, both from the [i]Ultraman Tiga and Ultraman Dyna: Warriors of Light[i/] movie.

The dragon at the end is indeed Mizunoenoryuu, one of the more heroic kaiju from Ultraman Gaia, while the guy next to Neronga is the robotic and golden Space Dragon Narse. No clue who the red bird like guy is, but I have a feeling he's a Ultraman Dyna character.

It's Chaos Darkness, the prime antagonist from ultraman Cosmos, which I find it amazing that I know jack squat about Cosmos when it's one of the few series I haven't seen. Come to think of it it's the only Ultra series beyond Heisei Ultraseven I haven't seen an actual episode of.


I wonder if I could make a section on Game Masters with just these monsters? I already have KJB and the EXes.

I do hope Tsurubya is planning of bringing this to the US, it wouldn't hurt them that much espeically considering they're starting to "localize" Ultra Galaxy to other places. I'm almost sure it's a matter of when.

Not only does this game also have a Never Ending Odyssey version at the arcades (with Super Hipportio, Grozam, Armor of Darkness, Armored Mephilas, Zamshaa, Imperializer, and Melba from Tiga playable), but with the new Ultra Galaxy Legend movie coming out there's going to be a new installment



Featuring Ultraman Belial and Mecha Zamshaa from the upcoming movie as well as EX versions of Zetton and Bakushimu!
