[Battle Master] 8:22 pm: Special Rules: Transformation - The first two time Godzilla rolls DOUBLES (except 00), his PN increases +10 for the remainder of the fight. The THIRD TIME he rolls doubles, he transforms into Burning Godzilla, with an additional +10 PN increase. Any wounds he has suffered are 'healed' when he changes into this stage. Once he becomes Burning Godzilla, he will remain so for the rest of the tournament.

[Battle Master] 8:22 pm: Flight - Mothra is among the most agile and swift (Mach 15.5) flying kaiju, capable of bursts of blurring super-speed, taking even a wary foe by surprise. She counts as an AERIAL KAIJU and may take the OPPOSITE Bonus for the Cover offered by a battlefield, treating NONE as EXTREME, for example. Such is her agility that Mothra may RE-ROLL her FIRST 3 FAILED Defense Rolls in any match.

[Battle Master] 8:51 pm: Base power numbers for each kaiju are as follows:

[Battle Master] 8:51 pm: Cover: Moderate (10 point BONUS to defense rolls)
[Battle Master] 8:51 pm: Revenge of the Russians - ALL KAIJU who fight in Moscow will earn the hatred of the Russian people and their government. They now carry what has come to be known as the RUSSIAN DEATH MARK.
[Battle Master] 8:51 pm: At the start of THE NEXT MATCH such kaiju are fighting in, there is a chance that the Russians will try to take revenge. Roll a d100 BEFORE THE BATTLE BEGINS and Battlefield Conditions invoked.
On a roll of 1-20, the Russians fire a nuclear missile at the kaiju WHO FOUGHT IN MOSCOW from an orbiting weapons platform.
[Battle Master] 8:52 pm: Naturally, a nuke is going to obliterate a large enough area that both the targeted kaiju and its adversary will be affected.
EACH KAIJU rolls a d6 to determine the number of wounds suffered as a result of the attack:
1-2 = 1, 3-4 = 2 and 5-6 =3.
RADIOACTIVE KAIJU SUBTRACT -1 from the number of wounds, meaning that they will suffer 0-2 instead of 1-3 wounds.
In addition, the Battlefield becomes a RADIOACTIVE SLAG HEAP for the rest of the tournament.
[Battle Master] 8:52 pm: Each succeeding Round such marked kaiju are fighting in, the chance of retribution INCREASES, ie. 1-30, 1-40 and 1-50 on the d100 roll before the battle begins.
Nuclear disarmament decrees that the chance of an unlucky kaiju getting nuked by the Russians be limited to 50% (rolling 1-50 on a d100).
[Battle Master] 8:52 pm: We will now review and factor any special conditions provided by the Combatant Profiles:
[Battle Master] 8:52 pm: Kiryu V.1:
[Battle Master] 8:52 pm: Booster Jets - Although unable to fly, Kiryu is able to execute powered leaps and jumps, giving it tremendous agility and the ability to deliver powerful body ram attacks. As a result of these bursts of speed, Kiryu gains a BONUS of +10 to his DPN.
[Battle Master] 8:52 pm: Weaknesses: Kiryu is susceptible to 'flashbacks' as a result of the DNA matrixing employed in its construction. When fighting ANY GODZILLA, Kiryu must make a Focus Roll in order to attack him or blindly fire its weapons into the countryside. This also modifies Kiryu's alignment to NEUTRAL until it can make a successful attack.
[Battle Master] 8:52 pm: Personal Primal Number - 03 - Absolute Zero - Kiryu powers up the AZ Cannon. The enemy monster has one last chance to make a Defense Roll with a special +10 BONUS to his DPN to avoid the shot. If the roll fails, the AZ Cannon hits the foe who is frozen solid, then shatters into a million small fragments. The enemy kaiju is destroyed and Kiryu wins the match.
[Battle Master] 8:53 pm: Special Rules: Upgrade - After Kiryu has been defeated, roll a d100. On a roll of 1-40, it is rebuilt as the Mark 2 Kiryu, with ALL DAMAGE REPAIRED and a Power Number INCREASE of +20. The enemy kaiju must now fight this upgraded Kiryu in order to win the battle. Both monsters count as ‘fresh’ when initiating this new battle.
[Battle Master] 8:53 pm: Godzilla (GMK):
[Battle Master] 8:53 pm: Personal Primal Number: 03 - Godzilla (GMK) unleashes a point-blank blast of atomic annihilation that utterly consumes his adversary, reducing them to a pile of ash. Godzilla immediately WINS THE FIGHT. However, there is a chance that this raging power will escape even Godzilla's control.
[Battle Master] 8:53 pm: Before determining if Godzilla's enemy has been annihilated, roll a d6. On a roll of 1, the awesome power Godzilla is drawing upon causes him to spontaneously combust before he can destroy his adversary. If this occurs, Godzilla is defeated and his opponent is declared the victor.
[Battle Master] 8:53 pm: Special Rules: - Deadly Accuracy - Godzilla has shown his baleful prowess at burning targets from the sky with his horrifyingly accurate atomic breath. AERIAL KAIJU fighting Godzilla will always suffer a -10 REDUCTION to their DPN because of his skill.
[Battle Master] 8:53 pm: This modifies the power number of each kaiju to:

Whenever Godzilla suffers a HIT, there is a slight chance that this old injury has been struck. Roll 1d6. On a 1, the old wound has been hit. The sudden, agonizing pain momentarily cripples Godzilla who must FORFEIT HIS NEXT ATTACK AND DEFENSE ROLLS.

[Battle Master] 9:11 pm: Flight - The One is able to fly with tremendous speed and agility due to its massive wings. It counts as an AERIAL KAIJU and may take the OPPOSITE Bonus for the Cover offered by a battlefield, treating NONE as EXTREME, for example. Such is this ability that The One may RE-ROLL its FIRST 3 FAILED Defense Rolls in any match. HOWEVER, if it receives a debilitating wound (one that lowers its Power Number), it loses that ability for the remainder of the battle.
[Battle Master] 9:11 pm: Weaknesses: Reversion - If The One is hit with a debilitating attack (one that lowers its PN), roll a d10. On a roll of 1-2, The One reverts to its wingless form.
[Battle Master] 9:11 pm: Personal Primal Number: - 04 - Energy Absorption - The One siphons energy from his enemy, increasing his own strength. In addition to dealing ONE WOUND, The One INCREASES his Power Number +10 and DECREASES his foe's -10.

Honestly I'm ecstatic that SMG made it this far, don't get me wrong. I've become somewhat of a fan of his this year. But I still must admit to being a bit sad to see Ultraseven go (and I'm well within my rights to feel that way, so stuff any snide comments directed at that, Orga). Too bad he didn't get a different draw for Round 4.

Surprised to see Rainbow Mothra beat Godzilla Heisei even with the low numbers. SMG beat Seven and the One lost to Godzilla Kiryu. Godzilla GMK not only defeated Kiryu V.1 but also Kiryu V.2. Godzilla GMK will be the champion. bwahahahaha. Congrats to all the winners

Before you get too snide about GMK Goji beating Kiryu, please note that with two huge dissadvantages, he still went the distance, and almost beat GMK Goji. GMK isn't invincible, and SMG will definitly have no problem charging the Plasma Grenade this time.
Speaking of SMG, his crew is going to have a PR nightmare shooting at Seven while Seven is defending a child. Okay, we board members find it funny, but what of the people of Japan?
