Re: Carnivorous Kaiju?
Can you prove this? When have we ever seeen a Mothra eating anything? Battra seems carnivorous enough- though I honestly doubt either of them eat anything.
What we know FOR SURE (100% supported by the films):
Showa King Ghidorah, Death Ghidorah, Grand Ghidorah- go around the universe draining planets of life. We actually get to see Death Ghidorah sucking the life out of plants in RoM 1. This can hardly be considered carnivorism. Chalk them up as omnivores (Orochi and other versions of King Ghidorah too, most likely).
Heisei Godzilla, Godzilla Jr.- we've seen them both eating different things. The G-man has been known to feast on whales, cows, and nuclear energy. I imagine he can go on background radiation as well (perhaps this is why he hibernates, to shut down unnecessary body functions so he can conserve what little radiation he absorbs from the air). Baby ate plants in G. Vs. Mecha G II, and later moved on to whales like his daddy, implying the species to ominvorous. Minilla and Showa Godzilla (and the various Millenium incarnations) most likely have the same thing going on. So scratch Godzilla from the carnivor list.
GMK Godzilla- is supernatural in nature and probably requires no food. He is fuled by the wrath of countless spirits of the dead from the ashes of World War II.
Anguirus- openly stated to be a carnivore in Godzilla Raids Again (even though it doesn't make a lick of sense for a ankylosaur to be carnivorous).
Rodan- we have seen him eating bugs and other animals on many occasions. Most firmly established carnivore out there. He also feeds on radiation like Godzilla and his kin, interestingly enough.
Frankenstein, Sanda, and Gaira- actually, they are human, so they would be omnivores, but we do see them eating almost exclusively meat.
Gorosaurus- good thing Kong likes blonds, or Susan would have been in quite a pickle (or a dinosaurs stomach, as the case would be).
Kamakirus, Kumonga, Millenium Meganulon- Meat, meat, meat! It's all they think about! Carnivores, for sure (other versions and transformations of the Meganulon as well, presumably).
Toho King Kong- loves his veggies and gets stoned on Soma Berry juice, so not a carnivore. MOST LIKELY an ominvore, but we still only see him eating plants (other versions we've seen eat meat, but are probably ominvores).
Diadako- Giant Octopia, killer meat eaters of the deep.... except they like Soma Berry juice too. Dang those Farou Islanders, getting all these kaiju hooked on their exotic mixed drinks and club drugs....
Heisei Gamera, Mothra, Battra- These dudes feed on mana, the life energy of the Earth itself. Zero meating eating from these guys (or plant eating for that matter- something I will defend doggedly. If Mothra were a herbavore, she would swiftly render Infant Island devoid of vegetation within days, leaving her worshippers a baren slab of rock to live on. Heisei Gamera's energy source is given in the film, while Battra has literally spent megayears waiting to awaken, without eating. Its mana people, get groovy with the flower power).
Showa Gamera- Fire baby. In his earliest films the only thing he need to keep going was extreme heat, say from a volcano or an explosion (his weakness was Barugon's ice-spray, remember?). Later films don't really acknowledge it, but at the same time he doesn't go around eating a whole lot either. Pyrovore (or thermalvore..... or something).
Giant Condor- considering it is a condor, it is logical to assume it is carnivorous like the smaller sort.
Ebirah- we see him eating people, but then again there is nothing to disprove that he may be eating plants too.
Showa Baragon- love him some human-flesh! Carnivore, all the way.
Barugon- eats..... dimonds?! Well, it isn't meat. Gem-o-vore..... or whatever (Gamera monsters have the oddest diets....)
Biollatte- ummm....... Photosynthesis? Radiation absorbtion? Not a carnivore, anyway....
Hedorah- feeds on pollution and pollutants. Meat doesn't sit well with him- he even spits out kitty cats.
Gyaos- blood-suckers. Carnivores in the worst way.
Varan- I can't recall, but he does seem to eat meat. Presumably a carnivore.
Irys- also a blood-sucker, though I don't think carnivore is the word for this one....
Dagarah- subsists on pollution, much like Hedorah.
Shockirus- blood-sucking strikes again!
Space Godzilla- has his crystals pumping him full of cosmic energy, so he most likely does not "eat" in the traditional sense. Also, he is a Godzillasaurus, who are omnivorous.
Zilla/GINO (from the movie)- eats tuna and doritos. I would call him carnivorous, though probably an omnivore. Oh, and the babies eat popcorn. A lot of junk food in that family, their nutritionist must be horrified.
Destroyah- carnivorous, apparently. Though, then again, there is no reason to assume plant life is exempt from his wrath.
Zone Fighter- solar power.
King Ceazor (or however it is spelled)- appears to be a statue, and therefore requires to no food. He may draw energy from the spirit of the Earth like Mothra and Heisei Gamera, or as suggested in the manuel of Godzilla: Unleashed is a living solar battery. In any event he doesn't eat meat.
Everybody else- no telling. There just isn't enough information to go on for half the monsters out there. Manda, Megalon, Gigan, a host of others, we can make something up based on their actions and appearance, but there is nothing solid to go on. Canon is canon, fanon is fanon.
(note that I didn't bother counting the Geroga's terro-beasts, Dr. Malik's monsterous creations, the vampire plants of Mothra, or the various entities outside of Godzilla-verse proper)
The proven carnivores:
Anguirus
Rodan
Baragon
Giant Condor
Kamakirus
Kumonga
Gyaos
Shockirus
Gorosaurus
Meganulon
Meganula
Megaguirus (sure, she only sucks energy from Godzilla, but then again she probably can't pull the same trick on a plant)

Re: Carnivorous Kaiju?
How about these kaiju?
Godzilla: godzillasaurs were suggested to eat whales.
Destroyah: swarms of these hunt down fish, humans and basically anything that's alive and moving.
Gorosaurus: with such sharp teeth and huge bite, I'm pretty sure that this is a carnivorous kaiju.
Zilla/GINO: GINO was seen eating fish and fish technically counts as meat.
Biollante: with Godzilla cells (carnivore), human cells (omnivore), and plant cells (some are carnivorous), Biollante stands a good chance at being a carnivorous kaiju. Her huge skull, sharp teeth and tough bite screams carnivore.
Grand/Cretaceous Ghidorah: he ate a t-rex before and tried draining hundreds of children. If he's not a carnivore, then I don't know what kaiju is.
Ebirah: has been known to prey on humans.

Which makes them omnivores, not strict carnivores.
Gorosaurus: with such sharp teeth and huge bite, I'm pretty sure that this is a carnivorous kaiju.
I said that.
Zilla/GINO: GINO was seen eating fish and fish technically counts as meat.
I said that too.
Biollante: with Godzilla cells (carnivore), human cells (omnivore), and plant cells (some are carnivorous), Biollante stands a good chance at being a carnivorous kaiju. Her huge skull, sharp teeth and tough bite screams carnivore.
But she never eats anything. And plants photosnythesize.
Grand/Cretaceous Ghidorah: he ate a t-rex before and tried draining hundreds of children. If he's not a carnivore, then I don't know what kaiju is.
Okay.
Ebirah: has been known to prey on humans.
True, but there's no telling if that's all he eats.

I'm afraid I'm not familiar with Zedus.

As for Ebirah, aren't lobster and shrimp usually bottom feeders? I imagine he'd eat whatever he came across.
Also, has Zigra been mentioned yet? Didn't he want to eat people? EDIT: Aw, KaijuKing beat me to it.
